The apartment is located in the heart of Rione Monti, the oldest and most authentic district of the city. Super great location right down the street from the Colosseum, loads of restaurants in the area felt safe all the time very close to transportation subway .well supplied with all the needs that you needed and very comfy would definitely recommend

This historic gem is located in old Rome and within walking distance to all the landmarks and surrounded by incredible cuisine for every taste. Make your reservations early for the restaurants so not to be disappointed. The apartment itself is just wonderful. Incredibly clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend staying here as Clara, Alice and her contacts are attentive and kind.

From the minute we booked to the time of check-out, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The owners were excellent in their communications and provided wonderful advice and assistance. The apartment location was simply the best. We were able to connect via metro to everywhere we wanted to go and so many of the sights are within walking distance. We would definitely look to book again in the future!

This property is so cute and really has everything we needed for our stay. There are a lot of great restaurants just minutes walk away.So close to so many sites we walked everywhere.We would love to stay at the apartment again.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my two nights in Rome. This well appointed apartment is in a great location near the Colosseum in walkable to many great neighborhoods. The host and her niece, who helped me check in to the apartment, had excellent communication and were very helpful.

Amazing Experience

Thr lication of this apartment is perfect, so close to places to eat and shop. The Roman Forum is literally steps away. Clara was so easy to work with and even arranged for transport from the airport to the apartment for a nominal fee. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay is a historic location!

We loved staying at this historic apartment! It was within walking distance to the sites we wanted to see like the Colosseum and Pantheon. The apartment was cozy with air conditioning which was a must with the hot weather. Check-in was smooth and Alice was very friendly. I got sick while we were there and Alice helped me find a hospital and even checked in the next day to see how I was. One thing to keep in mind is the apartment is very old so low ceilings might not be the best fit if you are over 6ft tall but still an amazing place. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and location

The apartment made us feel as though we were local Romans for our stay. It’s a great neighborhood and central to everywhere you want to go in Rome. Cosy, comfortable and welcoming.

The apartment was nicely updated, decorated, and in an excellent location. Clara was exceptionally responsive and everything worked smoothly. The only negative was the ceiling is a little low in spots and I had to duck under some beams I’m fairly tall though at 6’1” so for most it won’t be a problem. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

Can not say enough about this little piece of heaven so conveniently located to all the major tourist sites! Plazza Novano, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum are all 5-15 minutes away by foot!

Fabulous location and very cute apartment in a renovated old (ancient?) building just blocks from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Lots of good food options in the neighborhood. Apartment has low ceilings so may be a challenge for anyone taller than 6’ or so. Also for someone in a wheelchair is there are narrow and uneven stairs to get to the flat. Extremely responsive and friendly support from the manager, Alice. The property owners even created a very nice book with photos and recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Comfy place to come home to after a hot (July) day of much walking

Perfect location for a multi-day stay in Rome.

Property was just as advertised. Entirely comfortable, all we needed. It is literally less than a 5-minute walk to the Coliseum and Forum. It's on a small street with little vehicular traffic, yet lined with nice bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Hosts were fabulous communicators. We would stay again anytime!

Rome vacay

The location was awesome. Within walking distance to a lot of the places we planned to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby and a few steps away including gelato. Air conditioner worked well. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The property Manager/owner was extremely helpful. Got us transportation to cruise port. I would highly recommend this apartment. Had everything we needed. Felt safe.
