Hotel is in a nice location of Rome, with a nearby metro station and bus stop literally across the street. It’s on the first floor of a building and you receive keys to access the main door, apartment and your room as the hotel is only manned by staff during the day. The service I have to say was really good from staff, room was cleaned daily and any questions we had were answered in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. We got the room for a great price, however I would make you aware that when we booked, it was stated on Expedia that a continental breakfast was included in our price which we didn’t receive when we got to the hotel, which I was disappointed with because that was one of the main requirements for us. Very disappointing, but we had to make do on breakfast front. Tea/coffee facilities were next to reception rather than in the rooms which meant every time you fancied a cuppa you’ll have to leave your room to get it from reception. There is also only 1 iron for all the rooms to share which wasn’t great when you needed to iron your clothes but the iron was locked in someone else’s room and they happened to be out. However these are not major issues, just some annoyances which caused me to give 4 stars rather than the full 5. I would still recommend this hotel for the price and friendly staff.
