A cosy 65-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with an lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment is about a 7-minute walk from the Vatican Museums, and the Colosseum can be reached in about half an hour by public transport. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and enclosed veranda.



The apartment is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM: double bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m), closet, chest of drawers, split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m), table with chairs, Smart TV, split A/C;

- KITCHEN: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- COVERED VERANDA (3 steps to access): table with chairs, two armchairs with a small table, washing machine, and sink;

- BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, central heating, air conditioning (bedroom and living room), travel cot.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment is located in the Rione Prati area, an ideal area for your stay as it is very quiet despite its proximity to the city centre and some of the city’s main attractions, such as the Vatican (and its museums) and Castel Sant’Angelo. In about a 4-minute walk, you can reach the Cipro metro stop, which connects the apartment to Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, and Roma Termini Station, the main hub for all public transport lines.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can take bus line 520 to the Cinecittà metro station, then get off at the Ottaviano metro station, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



-From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by metro to the Ottaviano stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.
