Set within a renovated historic building in the Trastevere area, the apartment is located in the heart of one of the city’s most distinctive districts, renowned for being home to the famous Porta Portese Market.



Paid street parking is available (blue zones) or at the Trastevere garage, a 5-minute walk away.







The interior layout is as follows:







LIVING AREA. Sofa and smart TV. Split-system air conditioner.



KITCHEN. Two induction burners, minibar, electric kettle, Lavazza “A modo mio” coffee machine, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.



BEDROOM I. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands, and a closet; smart TV. Split-type AC.



BEDROOM II. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands and a closet, smart TV. Split AC unit.



BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Roma Trastevere. From there, you can reach the apartment via public transit Line 3, getting off at the Ippolito Nievo stop







- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Rome Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From Termini Station, you can reach the apartment via Line H to the Ippolito Nievo stop, which is a 1-minute walk away.

The building is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, a 5-minute walk away.







The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.







Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.







In case of problems, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.







The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily heating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
