This stunning penthouse is located on the fourth floor with elevator of an elegant building in the center of Rome. Thanks to its exceptional location, it enjoys a breathtaking view of the Sacred Area of ​​Largo Argentina, the excavation dating back to the Republican age of ancient Rome. Excellent Location to All Things in Rome!!!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The location is excellent and easy to walk to everything! We only had to take a taxi to the Vatican, otherwise everything was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, markets, and tons of restaurants!

Perfect location, good space

Overall, we enjoyed this place. It had enough room for the family with a beautiful view! We would stay here again. The only thing we would change are the showers. The one bathroom barely had light and the other one was so small and crammed it was hard to use. We appreciated that there was a washer/dryer and enough beds.

Great Place

This place was great. The location was amazing. And talking with locals, it is so rare to find a place with a patio. It is spacious and easy to use. Lots of stairs, but the tiny elevator was really useful. This place was a gem.

Perfect Location

This was spacious for the 5 of us. The view was amazing especially at night. We were so grateful about the location. We only had to take a taxi a couple of times. We felt we could walk anywhere from here. Tip: Water pressure in the shower is not the best so we used the handheld part for most.

Great Location

Property was as indicated with no issues. Walking distance to everything and safe area with no problems. Small elevator to send up luggage or two people at a time max, if not a lot of stairs to the fourth floor. Would stay here again if I ever end up back in this part of the world.

Wonderful Stay in Rome!

We had an amazing experience at this rental. The location is fantastic – within walking distance to many of Rome’s must-see spots, great restaurants, and public transportation. There was even a taxi stand nearby, which made getting around even easier. The host was fantastic – incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some great local recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after long days of sightseeing in the summer heat. It was the perfect base for exploring Rome. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in a great location!

Great location and good for family vacation

We loved staying at this apartment. We were able to walk all over Rome on a daily basis. Walked to the Vatican, Forum, shopping district, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and a great nightlife area called Trastevere. The apartment has great views, the balcony off the kitchen was wonderful for a morning espresso and the beds were comfortable. A small market was only a block away and we were able to purchase what we needed for meals and a few supplies. The agent who met us at the apartment was super nice and she even carried a 40 pound suitcase up 3 flights of stairs for us. We used the washing machine 2x and had zero issues, unlike other reviewer. It's a bit $$, but was worth it for our family to make great memories in Rome.

Amazing Property Ideally Located

This apartment was great. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. The location could not have been better. Central downtown within walking distance to the key sites. It was located on the top floor and had an elevator. There was a balcony and the view was incredible. You could see the city line and at sunset it was spectacular. It overlooked the Curia de Pompey where Julius Ceasar was assassinated. Its now a cat sanctuary. Pet food is available at the local market. lol A couple of markets were close and so were several restaurants. The one downstairs made fresh pasta in the window. Plenty of room for our 6 adults to lounge in the living room, in the kitchen or on the terrace. Each room had an individual air conditioner so every one could sleep as cold or hot as they wanted. The washer was also a dryer. Property manager was great. Responded quickly to all questions. We would use this property again in a heart beat.

Rome Family Stay

The location of the apartment is very central and attractions can be easily reached walking or with public transportation. It's a large place with sizable bedrooms and a fairly substantially stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony is impressive overlooking the ruins. All in all, it was a solid place for my large family to stay. Communication with the property manager was within a day or so and he did a great job walking us through everything when we arrived. The negative is that the place does have some wear and tear so be ready for that. The major negative for us was we booked the place as it had a washer/dryer to help catch up on laundry. We washed two loads of clothes and it destroyed the clothes that were put in it. After reporting the damage (and mentioning we had photos to back it up), we were told that they would get back to me and after some prodding a few days after we left we were told that others have used it since our checkout with no issues and that was it. Just be prepared that you use everything in this place at your own risk. Even with evidence to prove your claim, the owner will not take responsibility for anything. All in all, the place served it's purpose, was in a good location, and the view was impressive.

Miserable stay during the HOT summer

We chose this apartment because of the location, the fact that it was a penthouse, and that all of the rooms had air conditioning. Check-in was okay. After spending a few hours in the apartment we realized that only one of the 4 air conditioning units was actually working. We immediately contacted the host, with no response. So we had a VERY hot night (29 degrees inside the apartment). Once morning came I reached out to the host again, he finally responded that they "were aware of the problem, but didn't know how to fix it, and that a technician was needed". At that point, we were very upset that they rented us the aparment at all, knowing the AC didn't work! I insisted someone come and try to fix it. Around suppertime someone came and washed the filters in the units, but he said that the units most likely needed more coolant, which he couldn't do. They left, and we continuted to roast in the apartment. We only stayed two nights, and that was 2 nights too many. After our stay I tried to get a partial refund. They asked "if they refunded me would I still leave a bad review?" When I told them I'd leave an honest review, they then went on to say I was lying about the apartment being hot, and that it was 21 degrees when they checked it. Why on earth would I waste my time worrying about working AC?? A very frustrating stay. The location is great, and the apartment is very large, but I would avoid this rental, as well as the dishonest hosts.

Wow, I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! It is spacious, well appointed (with the exception of kitchen utensils - no spatula and coffee pot), and the location is amazing. We walked to all the popular attractions - the Trevi fountain, Vatican and Colosseum. It's close to many restaurants and a Carrefour express. And it has a lift for suitcases!!

Apartment was in an excellent location, the host was very helpful and communicative. The furniture in the family room could use replacing, a but stained and old and some attention to dusting light fixtures and some higher areas could be better, but we came at a time when there was a worker strike so it was difficult for the cleaners to get to and from places due to things beyond their control. The location is perfect, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and we enjoyed our stay overall.
