Elegant apartment located on the ground floor of a building on the central Via Palermo, close to the Coliseum, the Roman Forums, the Quirinale Palace, the Trevi Fountain and Termini railway station. Furnished with a modern and functional style, it is comprised of three comfortable double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower, another one on a higher level reachable through a flight of stairs), a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a second bathroom with hydro-massage shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and LCD satellite TV. Amenities, which also include wi-fi, safe, washing machine and dryer, and the central and well-connected location make it perfect for a beautiful vacation in the Eternal City.

Cute, but needs repair

We did not have communication or check in issues, but did have three issues that became apparent the first night we were there. 1- Master bed was broken and unusable. It wasn’t fixed until the third night of our stay. 2- Hot water was EXTREMELY limited. One shower and it was gone. We couldn’t even wash dishes (no dishwasher) after ONE shower. That was a big problem for our family of six. 3- No sheets were provided for the couch, initially. I messaged and asked for some, but we had to just use a blanket for the first night. Kind of a bummer considering the Queen in the master bedrooms was unusable.

appartement très spacieux bien situé

n revanche, l'équipement est vraiment sommaire : il manque beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine (couteaux de cuisine qui coupe bien ( saucisson), torchons, liquide vaisselle , bols., papier essuie tout..), ce qui rend difficile la préparation des repas. en revanche il est très spacieux agréable dans un quartier très vivant proche de restaurants , épicerie , des lieux touristiques et des boutiques.
