Self Check in Option. Characteristic and bright apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome, in the famous Via dell’Orso, near Piazza Navona. Fully equipped, with free wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for short and long term. Suitable for business stay.

The location was perfect. We loved coming back to a quiet lane away from the crowds while still being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The bed was very soft, which I liked, but my husband struggled with it so if you prefer or need a firm bed this won’t be a good place for you.

It was great! Check was seamless, I followed the instructions they sent and and had no issues. The place itself was clean except for the really dusty floors in the common area. Location was great, even was able to get Ubers to pick us up from here.

Nice size apartment for a couple. Loved the location. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The four flights of stairs are a challenge with suitcases but we managed.

A fine studio apartment, in the heart of historical Rome, central to almost anything you might want to do. It is on the fourth floor, so make sure multiple trips up and down the stairs are within your ability. We had a little problem with the building's garbage removal not working as suggested, but we are confident that the agency managing the apartment will have that taken care of - they were responsive to our communications. Overall, a top notch stay

Wonderful stay!

Very positive experience…from booking to reception to checkout… this is my second stay at this address…location is superb and accommodation fit my needs. No elevator but the staff was helpful in getting my heavy bags up the stairs… luggage deposit just around the corner and taxi stand at piazza Navona also great conveniences… I will stay here again if next time I come through!

The apartment is located very centrally to many attractions and great food options in Rome. The apartment was just what we needed … a place to spread out and use as a base for our short stay in Rome. Eat in the places a bit off the main areas and you’ll find great food at reasonable cost.

Fantastic Property and Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this quaint little apartment. It was perfect for my solo trip to Rome. I loved the beamed ceiling, the fireplace and the windows let in a good amount of light. The team helped with transportation from the airport and back again when it was time to leave. The location could not have been better. It was an easy walk to everything i wanted to see.

Perfect Location

This apartment is right in the middle of all the sites. Close to Trevi Foutain, Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican. If you like good food, it’s close to excellent restaurants. If you like shopping, walk in any direction a block. If you want a central apartment that is easy and comfortable this is the perfect one.

This apartment is so sweet and perfect!! Unfortunately while in Rome I fell ill and spent 4 days in bed and I was so grateful for this quiet centrally located apartment. Everything that you could possibly need is within a 5 minute walk and delivery service and taxis come direct to your door. I will absolutely rent this place again when I come back for my “do over” visit! Check in was great and Valerio carried my big bag up the 3 flights of stairs for me… I highly recommend this apartment!

Charming and quiet apartment with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, communication was efficient from booking until checkout, and host was helpful and kind. The hot water tank and washing machine are small but you just need to plan accordingly and use less. Lots of stairs (no elevator) but we liked that because we needed the exercise after being surrounded by delicious food for 5 days.

Double fees!!

The unit and the location were great. Unfortunately we paid cleaning fees to VRBO with the booking and then the host charged 90 euros more before we checked in direct to them. Tried to get it straightened out but both sides blame the other.

Amazing apartment

We stayed for a weekend in November and we could not have been more happy with the apartment the check in and our host! The apartment is in a perfect location easily walkable to most attractions. Our host communicated with us regularly to know our arrival time and was waiting for us when we arrived. Apartment was clean and the description was very accurate. Our host had communicated all fees to be paid in person upon arrival so there were no surprises. It was big enough for the 3 of us for a short stay. Only thing I would say although it was clear in advance and we were fine is if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you. For us it was perfect!
