Terrible service, terrible stay, not worth a penny
When we reached the ground floor of the apartment no one was there to meet us. We tried calling the number provided, but the number did not work. When Diego (a hotel representative) finally picked us up from the lobby, he casually informed us that we would not be able to stay for the following nights as there would be electrical works taking place the next day. We asked why this was not flagged up earlier, he lied that an email been sent. This was untrue as the hotel had reconfirmed our arrival time the day before . He then brushed it off and said that he would be "allowing" us to stay for one night and that Expedia would help arrange alternative accommodation. No apology was given. He tried to call Expedia to arrange alt accommodation for us. they spoke in Italian so we don't know what he said. All we know is that Expedia was supposed to call us shortly thereafter with alternative accommodation but that never happened. We called Expedia ourselves, we were informed that they were completely unaware of the situation. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Also, the floor was dirty (there were dust balls), the sheets were stained, and the shower doors were spoilt. There was also beer bottles in the bin that were not cleared. The toilet smelt like stale beer. The toilet looked like a couple of drunk kids wrecked it up. In short, don't stay here. The management is dodgy and the rooms are terribly maintained. The room was probably nice once, but that's gone now.
Shower door broken, not able to close
Shower headstand falling apart
Wooden planks from bed frame
Rubbish from previous guests
