Michele's Flat by Domus&Dimore

Stay in this bright apartment, located in an elegant building in the Garbatella district, historic Roman district. The location is ideal for reaching the center, tourist spots and Fiumicino Airport.
The neighborhood is well served by shops and means of transport, a few steps from the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura, close to schools, shops, supermarkets, the Roma Tre University, Andrea Alesini CTO Hospital.
Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a residential building equipped with an elevator.
It consists of:
• Kitchen equipped with: dining table, electric induction stove, refrigerator, Italian espresso pot, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
• A double room and a triple room. In the triple room, in addition to the double bed, there is a comfortable armchair bed and a terrace. Air conditioning in both bedrooms.
• A bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet and washing machine.
• Large living room equipped with sofa, dining table and smart TV.
Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi is guaranteed throughout the apartment, great for smart- working.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, cleaning equipment and air conditioning.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults, ideal for families, large groups or for two couples thanks to its two bedrooms.
The entire apartment is available to guests, it will be provided with bed linen, towels, soap, wellness kit and toilet paper.
