Nice flat, centrally located

Contact and organisation was perfect, nice appartment exactly as shown on the website, clean and warm. Very close to San Pietro and close to the historical centre. Lovely place to stay, highly recommendable.

Rome Getaway

Michaelangelo was great to work with - his flat was very nice and very close to the Vatican! We enjoyed the neighborhood shops and restaurants in the area. We would stay there again and will recommend it to others.

A perfect retreat

We were sad to leave this perfect retreat from the heat and crowds and noise of the city! It was exactly what our family of five needed. Clean, quiet, well equipped for breakfast and lunch type meals, laundry on the balcony. Thank you!

Comfortable stay with very convenient access

The location was perfect. Easy access to public transportation. Many restaurants and grocers within close walking distance. Just down the street from The Vatican. Overall home itself was great with all the amenities we needed. Some mold in the bathroom that was worrisome, but everything else was great.

The place is in need of some tender loving care.

Location is perfect, the size of the condo is amazing and the manager super nice. That being said, the property needs maintenance. Many things were broken (lamp, door knobs, shower doors, bed in one of the room) , there's mold in the bathroom and paint is really du. We still enjoyed our stay but if you are picky not the best place to stay.

We arrived at your wonderful apartment at the end of our vacation, exhausted and ready for a rest! Thank you so much for the wonderful space! We did use both bedrooms because the second night there was a party going on and we really needed to sleep! That fixed everything for us! Great location for Vatican City

Excellent apartment in great location. 5 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica. 2 mins from 62 and 64 bus to the centre and 5 mins to San Pietro rail station - easy to get back to the airport using the railway. The apartment was fine especially the bedrooms. 2 balconies to catch the sun and for fresh air. The bathroom was fine but the shower head needs replacing. Kitchen and main room of a good size. Some of the furniture looking a bit tired, but it didn’t matter. Amazing location and we felt like locals! Nice restaurants very close by. I would def come back to stay.

Apartment was in a gd location, we found a lovely cafe that we got croissants for our breakfast. Apartment says hairdryer and iron avaliable but did not work and also light bulbs need replacing in lamps but other than that a great place to stay and would recommend it. The only negative thing i could say was the owner organised our transfers was told €55 but when got dropped off was told €65 but refused to pay this as was told in message €55. But to get transfer back paid the €65 but when i gave the taxi the €65 he said its €75 as owed €10 euro from the drop off to Apartment we told him no as that wasnt our fault we was told the wrong price so just watch if you ask for transfer.

Good location. Space feels large and comfortable.

Our apartment was consistent with the listing on VRBO. It does have some wear-and-tear one might expect from a place housing frequent guests. The high ceilings make the apartment feel larger and more airy. Location is ideal for anyone that wants to visit The Vatican, St. Peters Basilica, Vatican museums, and the Sistine Chapel. Crossing the Tiber River makes many places (e.g., Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Pantheon, etc.) accessible with a modest walk. Plus, the apartment is a short walk from the San Pietro train station. There are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There are only two criticisms. First would be the shower. I have no doubt the apartment was clean; however, the shower has a considerable amount of discoloration around the shower pan making it appear questionable. Second would be the upstairs neighbors. Their arguing could be heard nearly every night. For anyone like us that is a sound sleeper, it’s not much of an issue. A light sleeper may have issues since the arguments are pretty loud. Overall, we were very happy with this apartment in every way.

Great location, but neighbors next door were so loud as yelling at each other! The coffee maker was a joke and only one bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower very moldy. We froze the first 10 days into our 31 nights there. We requests for an additional blanket went nowhere. Apartment is very cheaply decorated! Not up to American standards! I would not recommend this apartment.
