LOFT 107 - VATICAN CITY/ S. PETER

From a street nearby St. Peter Cathedral, through a small door on the street, you go into a space where the astonishing effect is assured. Whoever chooses this accomodation will comfortably live in an open-space of 120 square meters, divided in two levels (street level and courtyard level), where entrance, lounge, kitchen and night accomodation, come together in a "single large space" (only the bathrooms are internal). Two large arched windows lead to a small condominium courtyard. The space has just been renovated. You will find an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city centre. A funny detail, the metal staircase connecting the two floors was retrieved from the disposal of a real boat. The Loft is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, electric water heater, washing machine, WiFi, 40 inch Tv, Netflix, iron, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

We loved everything about this amazing apartment! Stylish, fun, spacious and classy! So easy to get to just through a door on the Main Street and close to the metro. Comfortable spaces for sitting, eating and multiple comfortable beds for a restful stay. It even has an outside patio off the kitchen! We used the kitchen and found everything we needed. Marco was delightful and met us and gave us lots of valuable information. Loved being near the Vatican.

Perfect Prati stay

What a wonderful find for our stay in Rome. Extremely well-appointed, comfy beds, friendly hosts, and near Ottaviano Metro stop. Near wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. We appreciated the coffee, the cleanliness of the property, and the embroidered towels!

A Very Special Place

We returned to this property because it is perfection. The accommodations, the hosts, the proximity to wonderful restaurants and patisseries, with public transportation right at the corner, make this place an absolute gem. The apartment is lovely: the outdoor space and the beautifully appointed details make it tempting to just stay and relax, but Rome beckons! And when you have explored her many treasures, the apartment welcomes you back home at the end of the day. Perfetto!

Perfect Loft!

Loft 107 was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was excellent! Marco and his wife met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know about our stay. They recommended restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The location was is excellent. Outside of the main tourist attractions but a short walk to the metro and some really good restaurants!The loft is spacious and extremely clean. We highly recommend this for any family looking for a place to spread out and relax after a long day of sight seeing!

Wonderful discovery

Marco’s loft is an absolute find! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, great light. It is a short walk to the Vatican and located in a gorgeous neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and cafes (not tourist traps). I would highly recommend this spot.

Great apartment.

This apartment was amazing. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Vatican, and Marco and Fabienne are so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

A fabulous stay in Prati!

Absolutely spectacular stay in this gorgeous apartment! I felt so comfortable and right at home. The amenities within the apartment were wonderful as well as the fabulous restaurants and cafes so close by. Marco & Fabienne are the best hosts!

Rome family vacation

The property and location are excellent for exploring Rome and surrounding area. Marco was responsive and offered flexibility for check in. The loft and finishes feel bright, modern and spacious despite being below street level. Great place for family or couple and would definitely stay again when in Rome.

Great Location

We liked the house very much. It was located in a good location. Metro station is less than 5 min to walk and there are many restaurants and shops near the house that you can go for a meal or getting waters etc. The host was very informative that we got a lot of good information from him that we could not get from Google search.

Stylish Loft

What a cool space! The loft is a converted commercial space on the lower level of a residential building and the design and decorating are modern and unique. The master bedroom window is at street level, so we ended up sleeping in the lower bedroom and that worked out well for us. We couldn't have picked a better neighborhood - so close to the Vatican, lively but not too busy. Having access to a washing machine was a real plus too. Marco was a wonderful host - he met us for check-in, provided the info we needed and tips on dining, transportation, etc.

Nice apartment, great location

Perfect location, close to metro, the Vatican museum and St Peter’s Basilica, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Artfully decorated apartment and fully equipped kitchen if you need it. Great host. Will be back.

Thanksgiving in Rome

The pictures do not do this lovely gem justice. It was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful, the neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Marco is very nice and available to answer questions. If we return to Rome I would stay here again!

There’s no place like Rome

We travel to Rome every year and this was the very best apartment we’ve stayed in. Marco and Fabienne are the most incredible, personable and helpful hosts and made our stay in their beautiful apartment even more special. I simply can’t recommend this apartment more - it’s perfect and the location is perfect as well. Our memories of Rome are made better because of this place and the hosts.

Amazing Apartment....Amazing Hosts!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The location was a short walk to the Vatican and very near the Metro. The apartment beautiful with lots of space for our family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a clothes washer was a huge bonus. Marco communicated well with us prior to our arrival and then gave us a great tour of the apartment as well as information about the area. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie Marco!

Perfect apartment and location

We can't say enough good things about this apartment. It is so spacious and beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. It is even nicer than pictured. Our hosts were wonderful and so helpful when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know to make our week in Rome perfect. The location is great. Just a short walk to the Vatican and within walking distance to all the attractions in Rome!

Elegant Apartment and Great Host

Overall the apartment is more than advertised! Very clean, elegant, spacious, updated and in great working order. Marco met us at the apartment, even though we were late. Took the extra time to show us how everything worked and gave us an orientation of Rome. Highly recommend the property and Marco, the host.

Fantastic loft

Myself & my wife were greeted by our hosts Fabbi & Marco, upon our arrival to their big beautiful loft. Their loft is clean, modern & nicely decorated. It is exactly what is shown on VRBO & had everything we needed. They were beyond gracious & spent a great deal of time w/us answering all types of questions, as well as, giving us tips on what to see. We now have new friends in Rome & would recommend their loft to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

A Wonderful Experience

Not only was the property absolutely first class but the hosts Marco and Fabienne made the stay so much better. The property shows all the signs of flair that only two architects can provide. Everything to make the stay perfect was provided and excellent communication with the host made it all work even better. The property is located in a quieter neighbourhood, allowing a feeling that we were amongst local Romans and removed from the throng of tourists. But not far from all of the Rome attractions, especially when local transportation is utilised.

Perfect Getaway

Marco and Fabienne were fabulous hosts. Our train arrived early and we got lost trying to find their place. They were very patient with us as our GPS was not working. The apartment was so much better than the pictures online! Their attention to detail was incredible - they are both amazingly creative! We especially enjoyed the garden space. The location was convenient and the nearby restaurants were wonderful! Rome was our 1st stop on a 2 week week tour of Italy. What a great way to begin our adventures in Italy!

This is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. Marco was a kind and generous host - his thoughtfulness and consideration about things like laundry and cooking made it easy to settle in to the apartment and come and go with ease. The location is perfect for walking to the Vatican and to Rome, though if you prefer metro, the stop is just across the street. The actual apartment is stunning and inspired us to make some updates to our own decor! I cannot recommend this stay highly enough. Thank you so much for hosting us and hope to visit again!

Unforgettable!

From the moment our charming host, Marco ushered us through the tiny door on the sidewalk, we were dazzled by Loft 107! The space was full of artful surprises, thoughtful design ideas and wonderful amenities. Comfortable beds, couches and chairs, (and blankets!) great showers, a fabulous, modern kitchen and magical outdoor space. The brilliant layout of levels offered privacy with 4 of us, while maintaining a great communal feeling. All this, AND such a warm and genuine welcome by Marco and Fabienne - who made us laugh and gave us such great guidance for our first, but hopefully not last trip to glorious Rome! We actually felt homesick when we left!
