Other than hearing the neighbors on our shared wall, this apartment was great! Location is great with the convenience of grocery store and Metro just a couple blocks away. Our host was over the top helpful with recommendations and arranging a driver for a very early ride to the airport. Love our stay.

着いた当日、10泊の税金35ユーロ支払い、領収書をお願いしたいと言ったら、問題ないと言ったのにもかかわらず、帰国後、2度ほど、PDFで送ってくれるようにメールを出しても、音信不通。返事もなし。部屋の設備は普通で不快なことはありませんが、オーナーの感覚に不信感。お金の問題は信用をなくします。

Mit der Metro schnell in die Innenstadt

Es war ein kleines Apartment mit Kochnische, sehr sauber und super zur Metro A gelegen. Von dort kam man in ca. 10 Min ins Zentrum oder in die Nähe des Vatikans. In Hotelbähe gibt es zwei kleine günstige und leckere Pizzerien, aber auch mehrere 24h-Läden. Hier konnte man gut fürs Frühstück oder den Snack für zwischendurch einkaufen. Tipp: es gibt viele Eintrittspässe, z.B. Omniapass usw., wir empfanden den Roma-Pass für 36€ als sehr gut. Man bekommt dafür schnellen Eintritt in das Collosseum einschl. Forum-Romanum u. Palatin (ist hier inbegriffen) sowie z.B. die Engelsburg. Die Callacalla-Termen kann man sich auch gut von außen aus einer Anhöhe ansehen. Karten bekommt man an jedem Infostand. Für die Vaticanischen-Museen kann man Karten im Internet kaufen, für ca. 29 € oder an für spintane den Infoständen der Kirche, z.B. San Giovanni. Das erspart ewiges warten!!!! Wir empfanden jedoch den Petersdom (kostenlos!) und den Aufstieg auf die Kuppel (6€) deutlich besser. Wer wenig Zeit hat und auf die Sixtinische Kapelle verzichten kann (es ist halt 'nur' ein Museum und kostet ewig Zeit!), der sollte den Petersdom bevorzugen, so zumindest war unser eindruck. Tipp: um 8 Uhr kann man nahezu ohne anstehen rein einschl. dem Aufstieg, es lohnt sich. Ab ca. 9 Uhr wirds chaotisch. Auf dem Dach der Kapelle kann man zudem lecker und günstig ein Croissant und Kaffe kaufen. Also, Rom lohnt sich und das Appartement war super! Lg Ray&Kristin

Rental apartment in the suburbs

This place is 5 metro stops from the Colloseum and about 7 from the central train station. It is basically a rented apartment of 3 rooms - you rent one of the rooms, which includes a bedroom 'space' and kitchenette area plus bathroom. The good part is that you get a taste of suburban life but it is a metro ride away from the tourist attractions (€1.50 / 20mins each time).

Quattro Giorni a Roma

La posizione degli appartamenti e' comodissima alla metro (a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Furio Camillo) ed a pochi passi (anche praticamente sotto casa) vi sono molti negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie ed ogni cosa che puo' servire alla bisogna. Il signor Andrea e' stato gentilissimo ed ha cercato in tutti i modi di soddisfare le nostre richieste. Il mini appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato e' al 3 piano con ascensore, all'interno vi e' tutto cio' che vi potra' servire: frigo, cucinotta, aria condizionata, una stufetta elettrica, bagno con doccia (un po' piccolina, ma fruibile), tavolo con 4 sedie, un divano, tv ecc. Per noi e' stata una valida alternativa alla solita camera d'albergo, ci siamo trovati in una soluzione meno ristretta e piu' pratica ed ha reso la vacanzina anche piu' tranquilla ed agevole. Noi non abbiamo trovato lati negativi da esporre, ci torneremo volentieri il prossimo anno e lo consigliamo a chi vuole piu' liberta' e piu' spazio rispetto ad una camera d'albergo classica. Non e' una suite certo, ma ci si sta veramente bene, io direi come si puo' stare in una seconda casa dove si va ogni tanto per brevi periodi. Grazie signor Andrea ed a tutto lo staff ed a presto.

Pastasciutta proibita a Roma? Che eresia!

Buona la posizione e l'edificio, del tutto approssimativa la dotazione dell'angolo cottura, in cui mancano cose essenziali come: scolapasta (o almeno una schiumarola!), tovaglia (anche tovagliette all'americana di plastica andrebbero bene), asciugapiatti, presine per non ustionarsi coi manici delle pentole, mentre c'erano ben 4 bottiglie di aceto, una frusta manuale, due taglieri.... Le stoviglie erano state riposte nell'armadietto SPORCHE E UNTE e l'armadietto è alto e stretto, ma totalmente privo di ripiani, per cui tutto è accatastato sul fondo.Peccato!

Boa relação custo-benefício

Bem localizado, perto do metrô, é uma opção para quem quer se sentir morador em Roma. Não espere um hotel típico, com recepção e serviços como arrumação de quarto. Mas os apartamentos têm mini cozinha, o que é muito bacana. O prédio é bem antigo e os corredores têm cheiro de umidade, mas esse inconveniente é compensado pelo pessoal bem prestativo.

Lejlighed - ikke hotel! Meget tæt på metro (200m) og dermed super nemt at komme omkring. Tæt på god restaurant og supermarked.

Buona soluzione

La posizione è strategica: con la metro a cento metro si può raggiungere il centro senza problemi e nella zona si trova ogni servizio sia necessario (alimentari, edicola, bar, etc...). L'unico neo è l'assenza di posto di auto se, come me, si ha bisogno di girare in macchina: di sabato pomeriggio ci ho messo quasi un'ora per trovare dove parcheggiare! Per il resto ottimo servizio e disponibilità da part dello staff e appartamento piccolo e confortevole. Consigliato vivamente!

Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos!

L'appartement que nous avions ne correspondait en rien au photos figurant sur le site lors de la reservation (appartement vetuste!!!)! Le lit était en très mauvais état (il manquait des lattes et le matelat était très usé), pas d'interlocuteur sur place donc difficile pour resoudre les problemes. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et à aucun moment le menage n'a été fait! de plus 1 seul rouleau de papier wc! De plus l'appartement était très bruyant. Par contre la cuisine était bien aménagée et l'appartement était bien situé (à 2 minutes à pieds du métro).

Great location just 300 mtrs to metro eight stops. Look the rooms are basic but clean and tidy small kitchen do som basic cooking great for a family wanting to save hundreds on accomodation and spend in Rome
