La signora, nonché padrona della struttura una volta arrivati lì, ha dichiarato che la stanza non era più disponibile a causa di problemi di acqua nonostante io avessi chiamato 24 ore prima per avvisare che il check-in l'avrei fatto dopo le 18:00. Mi ha mandato da un suo collega per il rimborso lasciandomi senza casa alle 20:00 di sera. (Il collega in questione mi ha aiutato offrendomi una stanza diversa con dei soldi in più). Esperienza da non ripetere, poca serietà e professionalità. State attenti alle truffe

El peor hotel de Roma, no vayan!
No es el hotel que aparece aqui. Horas antes de llegar me mandaron un whatsapp con una nueva dirección. Al hotel que llegué se llama Aladdino, horrible, habitación con olor hediondo, la cama muy incómoda, dura, el wc no tenía suficiente presión, la ducha estaba rota, no tenia donde afirmar, la tv no funcionaba, el hotel es viejo sin cuidar, las paredes tenían hongos. Es una estafa, por favor no vayan a este hotel, tampoco me dieron explicaciones del porqué del cambio, no lo recomiendo y espero se comuniquen para una compensación porque esto es publicidad engañosa, no vale absolutamente nada de lo que pagué. Ademas afuera tenia un cartel con otro nombre del hotel, todo mal

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT
Bonjour , il me semble vu certains commentaires que c'est un hotel fictif , en effet quand vous arrivez à l'adresse pas de "Kaydess" sur les différentes sonnettes par contre le matin de votre arrivée un mail précisant un problème pour vous donner une nouvelle adresse ,étrange .Quand à la chambre nous avons eu une des pires le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas , la télé non plus ,pas d'armoire pour nos vêtements ,une barre de fer avec 3 cintres , et une table pour poser la valise ,la salle de bain est plutôt petite avec une douche ou vous ne pouvez pas accrocher le pommeau et pas de porte mais un rideau , pas d'article de toilette et en plus vous n'avez qu'une serviette de bain par personne pour la totalité de votre séjour(ici on ne change pas les serviettes) je ne suis pas sûre que l'on changes les draps non plus .Je suis très déçu et je ne comprend pas comment cet "hotel" peut il encore faire partie d'une offre sur ce site
