A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of ​​Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

This property is excellent - a small place to stay with the amenities you need, managed by Maurizio, a wonderful man who picked us up from the train station and not only brought us to the Studio, but also took us on a tour around the neighbourhood and showed us nearby views and monuments, with the best and most affordable recommendations for food. Maurizio wanted to take us on a longer tour but we didn't have the time in our stay, but the next time I go to Rome, the first person I'll call is Maurizio!

Property is great for a short break , in a good area with plenty of local shops and places to eat. Good bus service from the stop outside with a 5 min trip into the city, great terrace to sit and eat , and it is peaceful.

Small, well equipped, secure, wonderful neighborhood and amenities. Thus was our first time in Rome and i cannot imagine imagine a better combination of access to sites and activities and opportunities to see how how one part of Rome lives.

Great location and awesome patio

This small apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood. Has everything you need and it is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to walk if you want. Public transportation was very good and on time. Trastevere has a lot of charm. Nice restaurants, markets etc. The best part of the apartment is the private patio. Maurizio and his wife are great hosts and local guides if you need anything during your stay.

The apartment is the same as the photo. It is clean, organized ans has the basic things you need for your residence. We enjoy the residence and we hope to return some day!In addition, Maurizio, the host, wait for us in the train station after looking our plane plan all the day to took us home. Then, he showed us the neighbourhood with her car and explained the most important monuments and restaurants to eat. He was very kind and helpful.

Maurizio was an exceptional host! Clear communication from the moment of booking. Maurizio offered to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. Upon arrival, he gave me a tour of the area in his vehicle and told me of the areas rich history. Very clean accommodation located in a safe, quiet community. Bus 75 stops at the top of the driveway. Walkable to many places. I walked to the Vatican from this property. I will definitely book with Maurizio again! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!

We had the best stay ever in this comfortable apartment. It was very clean and walking distance to places for breakfast and dinner. Our host was outstanding! Meeting us on arrival and showing us restaurants and providing us a great mini tour of the neighborhood and explaining the history of the area. The terrace was an amazing place to relax after exploring Rome! Hope to return again!

Amazing property and great host!

Amazing studio with everything you need. The private terrace was a real bonus! Maurizio was fabulous - he picked us up from the train station and gave us a local tour with some great food recommendations and a little local history as well. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely studio in great location

The studio was perfect for us and our needs whilst in Rome. The location is great with lots of shops and eateries just outside the door. Trastevere and the rest of the city is in walking distance or a short bus ride away. Maurizio was an excellent host and picked us up from the train station as well as giving us a tour!

Amazing Host, great stay.

The apartment was adequate for 2 people with a spacious and private balcony area. The Host was definitely the star of the show and was very respectful, accommodating, resourceful, helpful and informative and recommended some great spots to eat at and also provided us with a tour of the surrounding area with a bit of historical insight for each site. The apartment was conveniently located a few steps away from a bus stop so getting around was very easy. Overall a great spot with a great host.

Four weeks in Rome

I enjoyed my four weeks in Rome, especially because I could return "home" to a quiet area after sightseeing all day. The studio and the rooftop terrace is an independant unit in the building. Even if the facilities are a little old, everything works, and are as described and shown on the pictures: a small room with a kingsize bed, plus kitchen and bathroom.All the former rewiews are true, and Maurizio is very, very kind and helpfull. Thank you very much.
