Situated in a strategic position, only 700 metres away you can reach the Vatican Museums, 100 metres to the bus stop and 200 metres to the Cipro station of the Metro Line A, with ample parking. The neighbourhood is well supplied with every activity such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops.



The flat of 50 square meters is located on the mezzanine floor, the decor has been edited by a famous Roman architect, is exclusively modern with Design objects of value or that can give Benefit on your stay as the presence of plants, you will be surprised by the details taken care of in the smallest detail.



It is an Open Space located with:



Sleeping area with a DOUBLE BED and a WARDROBE.



LIVING area with a comfortable SOFA BED, HD TV, and a table suitable for eating meals or for use as a desk for those on Smart Working.



A classic Italian KITCHEN equipped with every necessity from Fridge, Oven, Kettle and Coffee Machine to ensure a pleasant awakening.



The private BATHROOM with Shower, Washbasin, Mirror, Hairdryer, WC and Bidet. There is also a free Welcome Kit with Shampoo and Shower Bath!



It has been completely renovated and thought out down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer them a quality stay, which is why it also has Air Conditioning, Heating, fast and free Wi Fi, and on street parking for a fee in a conventioned Garage.



ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee. El lugar estaba lindoPero se demoraron en venir a abrirMe dejaron esperando a las 14hs en la calle y no venian a abrir. Cuando llego con cierto distrato y enojo la Sra se puso a resolver sus cuestiones con su computadora mientras la esperaba a que me deje alojar ( luego de una travesia por mar y tierra extensa)No me dejo copia del contrato firmado.... dijo la enviaria em foto y nunca lo hizo.Lo peor... me debitaron un monto en la tarjeta con un 40% superior al reservado. Y nadie respinde por ello.No pude recuperar la app porque esta pagina no abre en mi navegador Hay solo un cuidado y recaudos para el anfitrion, y para los turistas a los que nos sacan nuestros datos de tarjetas de credito, te debitan lo que quieren... y se desentienden de las comunicaciones y reclamos
