The apartment is located in Piazza Bologna, a central and strategic position, making it the perfect starting point for exploring Rome. The recent renovation has created a space that combines functionality and aesthetics, offering you a pleasant place to spend your time.

Entrance: You will be welcomed by a spacious hallway with a service desk where you will find all the useful information about the house and guides to make the most of your time in Rome.

King Room: The largest room in the house, equipped with all the comforts needed to fully enjoy your stay. It features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40" smart TV, a workspace, and ambient LED lighting.

Queen Room: A bright room overlooking the private garden, equipped with all necessary comforts, including a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a 32" smart TV, a workspace, and ambient LED lighting.

Living Room: Comfortable living area with an extendable table for enjoying any meal in peace. The sofa has a chaise longue and can be converted into a French double bed.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a shower cabin and full sanitary facilities. It includes a hairdryer with a diffuser and dispensers with shampoo, shower gel, intimate wash, and hand soap.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, and a complete set of designer tableware.

Garden: You can enjoy your private outdoor space equipped with an outdoor lounge set with a coffee table, an umbrella, and an additional table for use on warmer days.

The apartment offers ultra-fast WiFi connection and Netflix subscription.

Each guest will receive a complete set of towels (small, medium, large) and a welcome package.

The entire apartment will be at your exclusive use.

We will be at your disposal 24/7 throughout your stay to meet your requests.

The area is quiet, well connected, and all the services you may need are within walking distance (restaurants, bars, tobacconists, supermarkets, etc.).

The maximum capacity is 6 people, and guests not registered at the time of booking will not be accepted. No parties or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
