Elegant apartment in 18th-century building on Via della Croce, a very short distance from the Spanish Steps. The property has been recently renovated and is nicely furnished.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, large living room, separate and well-equipped kitchen.
According to provisions of national law and by the WHO, the temperature to be kept in the house should be about 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2°. Therefore, the maximum applicable temperature will be 22° and the times for turning on the heating will be 6:00-8:00 and 17:30-23:30.

The place was very spacious and perfect for 3-4 people. The two twin beds are very comfortable. Perfect location and had everything we needed. Great communication with the host and easy check in. Two drawbacks: You could feel the springs in the queen size bed and my hips were sore after sleeping on it. The washer didn’t do a spin cycle and we had to hang up dripping wet clothes.

Lage ist perfekt für Rom und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Appartement liegt in der Nähe der spanischen Treppe. Verkehrsberuhigte Straße ist belebt, viele Restaurants mit Außenbewirtung. Schalldichte Fenster halten Geräuschkulisse gut ab. Appartement selbst ist okay, in manchem etwas schlicht, Fernbedienung für TV hat gefehlt, keine Mülltüten, Licht in Küche war defekt, einige Steckdosen lose. Treppenhaus ist nicht saniert, was aber nicht gestört hat. Alles in allem aber war's top.Location is perfect for Rome and attractions, apartment is near the Spanish Steps. The traffic-calmed street is lively, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating. Soundproof windows keep out noise well. The apartment itself is okay, a bit plain in some areas, TV remote control was missing, no garbage bags, the light in the kitchen was broken, some outlets were loose. The stairwell has not been renovated, but that didn't bother us. All in all, though, it was top.
