customer service the lady who is there usually mornings was very nice but at nights was a Indian guy who needs more skills for his position he was very rude I almost switch Hotel because of him…other then that break breakfast was good the lady who served was very attentive the hotel is not luxury but it was quiet and very clean showers are very small needs more space a least to put your soap and shampoo but it was manageable other then that after the first night I had good stay!!!

You also tries to prove yourself to complain and want refund from us without reason. after all at the end you do not found somewhere else thats way you are stay with us. one more things you are the person you takes lies to save yourself but we have proven it your are wrong. Great location, only issue was the shower, hot water 3 seconds and cold water other 3 seconds, can not take a shower well at all, personnel at breakfast area very friendly

Excellent location, near to piazza repubblica and Train Station Roma Termini. The guy who attend breakfast area is SO Friendly. I recommend it.

Nice hotel - quite a good location and very clean. The breakfast is ok, definitely get down there early for that!

We stayed at 306. Room are small. Small safe is removable? We can smell strong sewer from bathroom. Had to closed the bathroom door to sleep.

great place for visiting Rome
very nice staff, always available at the reception. Room big and clean with comfortable beds. perfect location at walking distance to main attractions. Maybe the breakfast is not the best... but overall ok.

When I turned on the bathroom sink rusty orange water and debris came out. The water had to run for a few minutes before it was clear. We would not use the shower due to the mold in the grout. Very disappointed.

Liked the location, my wife and I walked from the hotel (a lot of walking), but there was a cafe just a few steps away which was nice for a coffee and rolls in the morning or afternoon. Be forewarned that the management expects you to leave the room key with them whenever you leave the property, which really spooked my wife. We did it and had no problems at all. The rooms are TINY, which is made more challenging by the poor room layout in the particular queen-size room we received. Shower was very tiny.. I think the biggest turn-off was the amount of Scuffs on the paint in our room when we first walked in.. it was dissapointing and made the room seem dirty even though the sheets, floor and bathroom were all clean. I recommend the management repaint the rooms again with a more durable paint since the scuff marks on the wall are pretty rough.

Some of the stuff were very rude. There is no lobby and if we were staying downstairs waiting for our family they would come and start yelling at us to leave.

Dear Guest, unfortunately we are inside a private building where the rules of civilization are in force, which we are all obliged to respect even more if we are guests of our structure, as there are private apartments. You have been asked to abide by the rules over and over again even in the late evening for screaming and running up the stairs. We are confident that our staff has not been rude to you. We are sorry, however, you have not had a good stay and we invite you to be more respectful next time when you will stay at a facility that is not your home. Kind regards.

the hotel was very very plan and would never go again. i paid for breakfast and there was cake,, some cereal and slices of meal and some bums that's its very poor,, the shower you could not move in too small and 3 wall sockets but for different plug use,, tv small and the room smelt old and the whole hotel smelt old as well, not happy

Great location and I felt safe as a solo travel. Breakfast wasn’t the best, it would have been good to have eggs, especially as I was vegetarian but it did the job. Room was a perfect size and felt cosy. First solo trip and the location and room definitely put me at ease.

Hotel room was small but worked great for what we needed. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel is located in a walkable distance to the train station and other sights. For the reasonable price we were very satisfied.

I was a single traveler and I felt very safe. I spent 9 nights. My room was excellently cleaned everyday. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Lady's at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I will be back!!

Hotel is total disaster. We end up with room with bed bugs. Just awful and horrendous. This is the first and the last time we will use that hotel. Nevertheless hotel staff is kind and thoughtful.

I found the location very convenient, easy to walk to many attractions and get into the metro. Nearby street with restaurants, shops and markets. Staff was amazing. Room comfortable but for us was too hot and a/c not cold enough. Nice experience overall.

Location for this hotel was brilliant very central and close to termini station and the hop on hop off bus service. Opera house very close within walking distance. Staff were incredibly helpful. Had junior suite and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this place and great selection pastries for breakfast!

Filthy and uninhabitable
Walked out as soon as I walked in. The room was very small, old with broken tiles. The receptionist was absolutely rude, ignorant and arrogant. Would not even let my dog stay in such a place. The hotel should be ashamed of presenting such disgusting cells tagged rooms to international customers and should be reported to a standards organisation for deceiving people with the fake and misleading pictures they put on their website. Would definitely NOT recommend! Do not use their services.

This place was not as shown. The bathroom was disgusting, and the room was poorly cleaned. The bathroom was far different from the photos posted, covered in mold, featured a broken toilet seat, and the whole floor smelled. When we asked to change rooms the staff was uncooperative. Dont even think about staying here.

A good hotel at a safe place
All girls at the reception were very helpful calling Alitalia concerning my delayed luggage. The great location near metro Republica and Termini station. Good breakfast. Very poor internet and WiFi. A safe place opposite the Ministry of Defence.

Good location, renovated room
The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was more than an usual Italian breakfast (few sorts of salami, yoghurt, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, a variety of pastry and sweets), but proportionate to a 2-star hotel. Our room was at the ground floor, facing directly the street, having the Ministry of Defence on the opposite side of the street, which was not too noisy, so it was pretty ok in the morning. But being close to the reception, we could hear noises and loud discussion at very early hours in the morning, so not very comfortable from this point of view. But otherwise, the location was great, 15 mins walking to Piaza Venezia and 2 minutes to Republica metro station.

Compact room was clean but decor tired. Bed was comfortable and linen clean. Ensuite was tiny wet room so once the shower had been used the floor was wet if going back in later to use toilet. Extractor fan not working and black mould between most of the floor and wall tiles.

Dear Chris, we are sorry for your complains.... We have solved now the problem with the wifi, depending on the provider of the service, and not for our will... Regrading the hot water, we don't have this complain. Tou have to wait a little bit, but water is really warm. Anyway, I hope to have you guest in our hotel in the future. Best regards.

Great option given the price
The room was perfect for the price - nice and clean (you can't ask for much else). The daily breakfast had variety and the staff were very friendly. The only negative I experienced was the wifi was not so great and wouldn't work 50% of the time.

Clean hotel in great area.
Clean modern room. Comfortable beds, LCDTV, nice ensuite, fridge, usb charging socket, remote controlled air conditioning. Sheets were changed every day, towels replaced every day. Very good value for money and in a great location. The hotel has no hot drink making facilities or bar just bed-and-breakfast

Here is a hotel relatively close to many of Rome’s
The hotel is in walking distance of the Colesseum, less than ten minutes walking from the main rail station, amidst plenty of eating places and a gelatteria! We had booked an all day tour of the Vatican and had to leave before the breakfast hour. Seilor allowed us to have breakfast early before heading off on our tour. The room was modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The pictures make the rooms look so much bigger and newer than they are. The wifi is terrible and doesn't reach to the bedrooms (I was on floor 4). It also cuts off and on several times throughout the day. 75 percent of the staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the bathroom in my room was in terruble condition! It smelt like wee and was so cramped the whole room got wet after a shower. Will not be returning.

I stayed in a single room which was pretty basic but had everything you need for a short stay. The actual room layout was a little bit strange, and not having anything for my pillows to lean against was a little annoying whilst sleeping. There's no nice way to say it - the bathroom stank. This was a little bit difficult to deal with whilst using the bathroom, but I just made sure the door was always closed otherwise. The breakfast was very basic, but the coffee was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly an older Italian gentleman, and the location was good (once I found the hotel) Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Easy access to old Rome, train & Metro.
Great staff and the room was more than adequate for the cost since we only slept there. Had Rome to see! Breakfast was also good.

Difficult access to Rooms
Checking area is located in a different building across the building for the hotel rooms and you don't know it until you are checked in. It is difficult to carry your luggage up 15 steps to get to the reception area to check in and desperately found out the hotel rooms are located in another building with another 15 steps before you can reach for the elevator, especially if you have multiple suitcases. Breakfast starts at 7:30, too late for some early birds who want to start Rome tour early or early flight. air-conditioning is not producing cold air and unbearable in a hot Rome summer :(

Worst costumer service ever!!
Hotel personnel were extremely rude and they didnt care about it. Specifically a thin guy who had the overnight shift, who was indifferent and not friendly at all. I am really disatisfied about this. The rest wasnt that bad.
