The staff at Hotel Nizza went over the top to help! They were amazingly kind and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful, especially the pastries, and the location was walking-distance to most sights. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Check in process okay. Rooms look tired and couldndo with a make over, torn curtains and the air conditioner took a while to cool. Mold in the shower that could easily be cleaned. Elevator can only take 2 people at a time. Breakfast is very simple, nothing cooked. Overall, is okay, the ataff is friendly. The best thing is the location, 3 blocks from Termini station.

I liked the convenient location and friendly and helpful desk staff. The hotel was listed as air conditioned but they did NOT have air conditioning and provided a fan in the room. I don't think this was an adequate replacement for the air conditioning listed in the information on ORBITZ.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown on their website. The photos create the impression of a cozy, charming, and well-maintained hotel, but the reality was completely different. The entire property felt cold, outdated, and very worn down. There was absolutely no resemblance to the warm and inviting atmosphere presented in the promotional photos. Our room was located on the ground floor right next to the reception area, which meant we could hear conversations from the lobby throughout the day and especially during the evening and night. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was poor and uninspiring, with very limited choice and low-quality products. It certainly did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's marketing. On the positive side, the room was reasonably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the biggest issue was the huge gap between the hotel's online presentation and reality. The photos are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or atmosphere of the hotel in any way. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice, although it was a bit unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to be within walking distance of the central station. We would gladly stay here again.

Stayed for a week for our wedding anniversary. Rooms look nothing like the pictures, they don't tell you that the television doesn't translate any other languages lol. Clean, very close to all the attractions, nice neighborhood. All male staff and the breakfast attendant were great, the young lady in the afternoons had the poorest attitude for hospitality!

This Hotel is as BASIC as it comes. Yes! it is convenient walking distance from the train and metro, but that’s about it. Pics of the room online are not accurate, as the room was Rather Small. I don’t think you can call that a Bed, as it was a Cot like mattress in a metal platform. My pets at home have better beds; And the fact that you have to leave your room keys at the front desk it’s a New level of weird. (Add a surcharge for lost keys, if that’s the problem). I didn’t care much about the small tv in Italian only or the basic breakfast. But after an 10+ Hr flight to Rome I expected a mattress with springs. I didn’t see a value for the price I paid.

Great hotel great staff! Jacob was the best. I was really disappointed as I took a shower only to find ants crawling on me. Got dressed went downstairs n Jacob attempted to eliminate them. Also, I had thrown my used towels on the floor in order to get new clean towels only to have housekeeping hang up the ones from the floor! DISCUSTING!😬
