The manager was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and she allowed us to leave all our luggage while we explored Rome until the room was ready. Convenient location as well. It was a short stay but we really enjoyed it!

Staff spoke English and gave recommendations for food/activities. There's AC but it's not very cold or strong so they brought a fan which helped a lot but it was still warm at night since it was 100 degrees. There's a mini fridge and it kept drinks pretty cold! Good size bathroom and bed. Elevators are TINY so we took the stairs. Free juice/water machine from 9am-5pm.

Great location but…
Staff was accommodating, but could not get WiFi to work in the room, as far as location it was minutes away from Trevi fountain multiple restaurants, Spanish steps and multiple shops. Not the best, but definitely not the worst, a solid 7/10.

Good location ..pictures are deceiving …carpets in the hallway is musty and smells …the rooms are clean ,.no iron box ..they will not give you one either .. reception close sat 6 pm so if you come later, you have to check in at the sister hotel, which is almost a five minute walk with your luggage

Staff at front desk was nice, hotel was disgustingly dirty. Falsely advertised room, pictures were from a completely different hotel. Our room was not cleaned from last guests. Opened and leaking shampoo bottles left in shower. Room smelt , carperts dirty. DO NOT GO.. RUNNNN!!

Ended up being upgraded to a better room. Only issue was that the AC was badly connected to the room window meaning that it needed to run all the time cause part of the window was not sealed. And because it wasn't sealed, the outdoor noises were very loud (and Rome can sometimes get rowdy at night) Staff was amazing, Location was great.

First of all, you have to go to another hotel and trek to another location to checkin or have breakfast. The hotel looks deserted and feels like you are the only guest stupid enough to check in. I do not recommend this place and there are a lot of other hotels near it that if i knew would have chosen otherwise.

Deceiving. Hotel do not have check-in desk on premisses. For check-in and check-out you will have to walk 300-400m dragging your luggage and then back to the hotel once checked in. Road is very steep and curbs are bumpy pavers Roman style, so for people with heavy suitcases it is bit hard task. The hotel should clearly advertise on their website this process. What is more deceiving is that they blame it on COVID safety measures, whereas none of their staff wear masks and it all comes down to cost cutting. Just say it as it is. The room was extremely small and so was the bathroom.

The check in was at a different hotel which is ok but it tells you the level of service you can expect. The door in our room did not close properly unless you jiggle the knob. We ended up testing it multiple times to make sure it locks every time you come in or when we leave. Keep in mind, this was our second room! Our first room AC did not work well is awful in the Roman heat wave. Terrible place. Do not stay here.

Beware, the hotel lures you in with fake pictures of rooms which look nice but in reality the rooms look nothing like the pictures. SCAM ALERT! I contacted the hotel about this and they did nothing about it.

Weekend break with my partner, Hotel location is very good. Could see many things Rome has to offer. Hotel was clean, modern looking and room service was very good, our room was cleaned everyday. However finding places to eat can be rather difficult and expensive. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and acceptable for all diet types. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and just plain wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect for pretty much everything. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were just blocks away and amazing shopping and restaurants are just around the corner. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely stay there again.

This place is haunted. Electricity went off, twice. Reception wasn't 24x7. Elevator is small and incovinient. Had to carry lugagge all the way up. Small bathroom. Hot water faucet is hard to adjust. Old blankets. Hotel needs to invest in better duvets, lighting, and service.

Dirty in Rome
Rome as you may know is crowded, dirty and chaotic. That might have its charm if that's what you're looking for but I have ben to Rome before and this time was no different with the additional bummer that the hotel was pretty disappointing. After checking in we went to our room only to realize there was a used soap and dirty towels hanging on the rack. The room had a coffee machine with a plug that didn't not fit the outlets, the bathroom door would open towards the inside of the bathroom where there was no space to maneuver inside, it was a big mess, plus the room smelled musty. One the bright side, location was good. For the price it's really not recommended.

True and honest feedback about hotel!!
The hotel has a great location, walking distance to most of touristic places in Rome. Many local restaurants located near this place. Small room but enough space for everything. The shower was kind of small for me but it had enough space for needs. If you are not looking for a luxury hotel, this can work for you*** One of the negatives was that walls were very thin and you can hear other guests talking, you also hear the guests walking on floor above. Positive--- Everyday they had a great american breakfast with good taste scramble eggs, Italian sausage, pastries, coffee, cappuccino, orange juice, overall good breakfast!! The hotel had a very small elevator for like 2 persons, but it did the job. My stay was pleasant overall, at the beginning I had doubts about the hotel condition but after the second day I appreciated the location and breakfast.The personnel was very nice and attentive. As I mentioned before, if you are looking for a luxury hotel Vegas style, you are not going to find it here!! but you will find good location and breakfast guaranteed!! P.S They don't have irons and is forbidden to iron in the hotel :(

Downtown Rome
A great find just a short walk from major attractions. Our room faced the street, which was wonderful! We could open the window to soak up the sounds of Rome - or close, which surprisingly turned it all off. Stayed 2 nights and slept perfectly both. Comfy bed, room had ample space.
