Impersonal and expensive, as airport hotels will be, but comfortable and very convenient, with excellent gym and pool facilities. The restaurant had poor ratings, but we had a salad, salmon, and a desert and all were delicious.
Very bad check-in experience. A flight was cancelled because of which the lobby was packed with people. There were only 4 desks open & Hilton did not have a separate line for ppl who were not part of the cancelled flight grp, creating complete chaos & disatisfaction. One would think they know how to handle checkin but they did not. Very bad experience.

The hotel was very convenient to the FCO Airport. We also had a wonderful dining experience- the food was very good and the staff was outstanding, fun and made the experience extremely enjoyable!

Internet code was not available in the room, I had to go to the front desk to get an unsecure service. Small bottles of water cost 3 Euro unless you were a Hilton Member.

Close to the airport and our transportation to cruise port. Very comfortable room. Staff was great and very helpful. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Hotel cancelled reservation without notice. Had to make new reservation at higher cost and hotel wouldn't honor previous rate.

Unfortunately, not having your reservation details I am unable to respond exhaustively to your concerns. Just on a side note, when making a pre paid booking a credit card is required to process a deposit. If the credit card does not authorize the charge for any reason the reservation is cancelled. However, an email is sent to the guest to advise about cancellation. Rates vary greatly according to availability and terms and conditions and it might happen that when making a new booking same rate is not available. My stay was average. For a Hilton hotel it was pretty dated, nothing special... also there was no free wifi as you had to pay for it in your room. The main reason for the booking there was the convenience of being able to walk to the airport. The restaurant had decent food although the sea bass fish was not worth the 32 €. The piece of fish was rather small making it but the star of the dish. The room was suitable for the purpose but the hotel could use a big remodel.

convenient location, and your typical airport Hilton. The worse feature was the restaurant: poor menu and what we ordered (pasta/mussels and pizza) was the worse meal we had during our 10-day vacation. In addition, it was the only restaurant in Italy/Sicily that we visited where the server expected a tip (only place with that item on the bill and the waiter explained that we should tip in cash).

I found an hair in the bathroom sink, the rest looked clean enough, dinner was good, staff excellent
The only issue I had was that there was only one power outlet in the entire room and it was in the bathroom.
