When we arrived they did not have the room we booked so the front desk man tried to up sell me to ‘honeymoon suite’ which we didn’t want. Since he had no option he ended up giving it to us at no charge, However it was poorly maintained room. There was mold all over the walls and bad ant problem. The front desk man sprayed bug spray to fix the problem but we had to leave to avoid the smell. When we return it still smells and there were still ants. The mold was the worse part. There is mold behind and on the side of the bed walls. The next day we had to get our things and move to the original room that we had booked. There was no mold in this one but again with the ant problem. Then when we showered in new room, the drain was so clogged so it would fill up to our ankles. This place is a converted apartment to rental property which has potential but has a ways to go to have the rating it say something it has.

Ist kein Hotel sondern Gästhehaus. Lärmpegel im Zimmer sehr hoch durch Wasserleitung im Haus. Wenn andere Gäste da sind sehr hellhörig. Schon sehr verwohnt gerade im Badezimmer. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Tickets für den Nahverkehr sehr günstig. Innenstadt daher gut zu erreichen, auch fußläufig. Parkplatz für Auto in der Nähe aber sehr problematisch. Zum Aus- und Einladen in 2. Reihe geparkt. Eingang schwer zu finden. In den Parkhäusern in der Nähe muss der Schlüssel abgeben werden und Tagesmiete ist 20,-€ für Oberklassefahrzeug.

Super Room ! close to vatican, difficult to park.

Kamer was super, maar de deuren best dun, jammer als je 'romantisch weekend weg bent'. Ook is er in de buurt best veel verkeer en weinig parkeerplek, ja het is gratis, maar moeilijk een plekje krijgen om te parkeren.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer wurde immer super sauber gemacht. Jedoch gab es an mehreren Ecken Schimmel. Das Laminat um den Pool war stark aufgequollen. Die Dusche ebenfalls etwas undicht und aussen verkalkt. Außerdem wurden wir gefragt ob in unserer Deluxe Suite ein Fotoshooting stattfinden kann wenn wir unterwegs sind. Nachher lagen Fingernägel im Bad. Der Luxus bröckelte ein wenig.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Excellent experience, place is lovely. Manager very handy, very nice, he helped us a lot. We really recommend this place. In the future definitely we would book in Gregory VII Luxury Suites.

Güzel Oda fakat..

Oda, banyon ve balkon cok keyifli, temizliği de cok başarılı ancak alışılmış otel konsepti dışında 1 dairedeki 4 oda otel olarak sunulmuş. Ve lokasyon ters bölgede otobüs mecbur kullanılmalı ve merkezi yerlere en az 2 vesait ile gidilebiliyor.

Perfect location and hotel.

Stayed here from the 19/04/18-22/04/18. It was in the perfect location for a stroll down into Vatican City which you can reach in around 15 minutes and is all flat. From the Vatican there are a range metro stations taking you into more centeral Rome as well as the main metro station which gets you everywhere. The hotel is surrounding by a range of mini shops, boutiques and supermarkets for your convinence. There are also a range of nice restaurants surrounding the area which we visited one twice in our 3 night stay. The hotel room was amazing. Cleaned every day, nothing moved from where we wanted but made to look clean everyday. The staff were more then accommodating. Perfect for people looking for a self catering room. Hope to be back soon.

Dodgy and disappointing

Firstly the hotel was difficult to find - turns out its in a residential apartment block, someone has converted an apartment into a "hotel". Sign outside marking the building but no guidance inside to explain what floor etc. Although the staff on site was pleasant enough - it really had quite a dodgy feel the whole way through. This was mostly due to the fact that the rooms weren't sound proof, so I could hear people walking through the hallway from the front door - which was just outside my room! Got woken up by sound of traffic but also more annoyingly the chatter of the receptionist on the phone - sounded like he was right outside my room hovering and it made me feel so uncomfortable

Nice hotel far from city centre.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Hotel rooms a lot smaller than expected. Quite far from the city centre and around 20 minute walk from nearest metro stop.

Check in was late due to room not being ready . First room by main door was so noisy , you could hear everyone in the building coming and going . Rooms were cold and heating appeared to turn off at night . Bathrooms starting to look tired and grubby .

Nice, small hotel close to the Vatican.

The hotel is located close to the Vatican but out of the centre of Rome. We didn't mind but some people may prefer to be closer to the centre, especially if you only have a couple of days there. However, the bus stop is right outside the hotel and is easy use, which takes you right into the centre in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is small and within a bigger building. The rooms are well decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions.Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Less touristy but great base to explore.

Booked this suit for a 4 day stay in Rome, a little bit out of the way for main tourist Rome. So be good at walking or plan taxis each day. There are a number of amazing restaurants nearby, the best pizza place just a few doors down. A huge park just 10 minutes walk away and the Vatican about 25 mins steady walk away. Suit was clean and well maintained, beds made daily, a concierge type service ran most of the day and they were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The suit is in a small cluster in a larger building which felt very secure and accessible 24 hours of the day. Bathroom was big with a lovely rain shower, only let down was the level of limescale on the shower heads, these just needed a daily wipe to prevent the large build up that was there. Other than that cannot fault any part of the room. Be aware that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but a minibar/fridge with reasonable prices for the drinks and the glasses were washed and changed daily. Overall a fantastic stay and a good base to explore Rome, and we did as we walked over 40 miles in the 4 days we were there!

Super fijne hotel

Het hotel ligt op een goede plek. In de straat pizzeria, achterstraat een plek om te ontbijten. De bus kun je meteen voor het hotel nemen om naar de centrum te gaan. Het personeel is heel aardig en heel behulpzaam. Het hotel is klein met 5 kamers. Ze hebben namelijk een afdeling afgehuurd in een appartement. Enige nadeel is dat de isolatie niet zo goed is. Voor de rest is het heel lux in de kamer

decepcion total!!!!

Al llegar me lleve una decepcion total, yo venia muy entusiasmado a raiz de los comentarios de otros clientes( realmente son veraces???) al llegar nos cambiaron de habitacion no era la que yo habia abonado, la habitacion es pequeña, todo muy apretado, no hay armario para dejar ni la ropa ni las maletas, las maletas por el suelo y la ropa en unas perchas,la caja fuerte en el suelo, casi inaccesible, el servicio ni lo vimos, y tampoco al propietario, la seguridad de la bañera nula, se nos volco y menos mal que no paso nada. No es un hotel, son cuatro o cinco habitaciones puestas en un piso, el cual cuando llegas te das cuenta de lo lugubre del portal, y de las escaleras lo mismo, la habitacion es comoda pero eso no sustituye el inconveniente de no tener armario, ah en el baño los neceseres por el suelo no hay ni una repisa para colocar tus cosas, yo en general no se lo recomiendo a nadie, yo elegi la habitacion suite luna de miel y me pusieron otra mas normalita, por cierto la suite luna de miel aun es mas pequeña que la que estuvimos. Y repito realmente los comentarios de los clientes corresponden a gente que ha estado en esas habitaciones!! yo diria que no!!!!

Excellent séjour, à conseiller.

Il s'agit en fait d'un étage d'immeuble aménagé en 4 suites d'un bon standing, le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons occupé l'une des suite lune de miel et avons vraiment apprécié son style moderne design fonctionnel et confortable. L'hôtel est situé à 10-15 min à pied du Vatican et il y a un arrêt de bus menant au Forum Romain (en passant par le Vatican) juste au pied de l'immeuble. On conseille

Nice hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful, kind and they know and understand English very well. There is a smart TV in the room. But it's location is far from the airport and hard to find its name on the building. That the hotel is in the vicinity of Vatican is the only advantage of its location.
