The neighborhood is residential and semi-central and is located just minutes from the Gianicolo which is famous for the square from which you can admire the view of Rome. Another peculiarity of the Janiculum consists of a fountain called the Fontanone. Well connected by public transport of all kinds, it is a 4 minute walk from the terminus of tram 8 which, like a subway, takes you in a few minutes to the characteristic Trastevere neighborhood (historic district where you can find renowned clubs and restaurants) from which, adding another 5 minutes, leads to Piazza Venezia (the square from which all the best of the center branches off, the Imperial Forums is anything else and where the 8 has its terminus). The tram to reach the Venice terminus passes through Via dei Giubbonari, Via Arenula, Largo Argentina where all kinds of high profile shops are located. Always returning to the neighborhood the same is immersed in the green as it is located a stone's throw from the largest park in Rome: the ancient and famous Roman villa remained intact over time Doria Pamphili. Finally the Tram 8 is also in direct line with the Trastevere train station (which in turn is connected to the Leonardo da Vinci airport).
The house is surrounded by all the necessary services such as: supermarkets, local market, restaurants, Asian cuisine, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies and the two most renowned hospitals in Rome (San Camillo and Spallanzani, hoping they won't be used) , 5 minutes walk from Via Jenner and Colli Portuensi commercial areas, where there are numerous shops for shopping. The parking of the house is free and available; finally the neighborhood and therefore the house are located near the Spanish school and the American university. Please also note that in case of need you can take advantage of an excellent taxi service, hairdresser, make-up artist and chef at home: upon reservation one day in advance, payment upon service. In the house there is everything for breakfast and on request also products for coeliacs.

Other rules:
1) The kind guests, are asked to cause less disturbance to the inhabitants of the building, not to shout or make loud noises at any time of day or night, respecting the peaceful coexistence with everyone.
2) You can not make parties, you can smoke only on the terrace and do not throw cigarette butts from the terrace but in the appropriate ashtray. Adults are responsible for the children assigned to them.
3) It is requested not to slam the doors of the house, to accompany the door of the building with care and is invited not to annoy the neighbors; also to kindly check that the lights of the apartment and the air conditioning are turned off when they are not necessary for use or are away from home.
4) Please have respect for things and objects on the property.
5) When the kind guests finish the holiday, they are invited to put away the clean dishes and utensils in the place where they were found.
6) Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00, after 20:00 and before 24:00 there is a service charge of 35 euros, after 24:00 a night service charge. of 50 euros.
In the living room there is the need for breakfast, even products for celiacs on request.
8) In case of need due to an emergency, the owner of the property or his representative must be obliged to enter.
