Garbatella: Apartment with a terrace near the Metro

Welcome to your own little corner of Rome, in the charming Garbatella area, one of the city’s most authentic areas.

A area of quiet side streets, historic buildings, Roman trattorias, and that special atmosphere that lets you experience Rome like a true Roman.

The location is ideal for those who want to visit the capital’s main attractions without giving up the chance to stay in an authentic area, away from the more touristy atmosphere of the city centre.

The apartment is designed to provide you with all the comforts you need during your stay.

It features a bedroom, a bathroom, a bright living room with a kitchen, as well as a comfortable workspace, which is also ideal for those travelling for business or wishing to work remotely.

A real highlight is the large shared terrace, a pleasant space where you can relax, have a coffee, or simply enjoy a moment of tranquility after a day exploring Rome.

The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no lift.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

They will be given the keys (to the building’s main door and the apartment’s front door), which must be returned upon departure.

There are no set hours for entering or leaving the apartment—just the usual rules for living in a condominium!

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-in may be arranged earlier if guests need it and availability can be confirmed.

For arrivals after 9:00 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will be added to the total amount due.

For arrivals after 12:00 a.m., a surcharge of 50 euros will be added to the total amount due.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

There are no specific check-in or check-out times. Guests will be given keys (to the building and the front door), which must be returned upon departure.
In the event of loss and/or damage to the keys, guests will be required to pay for the damage.

Guests are not permitted in the apartment unless they have been registered.

Under no circumstances may the apartment accommodate more people than the number specified in the reservation.

Please be sure to turn off the lights in the rooms, as well as the air conditioning, fans, and other appliances when they are not in use. Thank you!
