Perfect location! Our group of four enjoyed our stay and appreciate the help with getting our bags up all of the stairs. All of the balconies were the perfect touch to this apartment. Would stay again. AC worked great in the whole place!

Overall the accommodations met our needs. We had plenty of room to relax and spend time with friends. Location was outstanding, centralized to many historic sites, restaurants, and grocery store. We were able to walk to all sites, which was very convenient. Some notable points to share would be that there are no elevators and this apartment is on the third floor. Also, the 2nd bathroom/shower on the top floor is very small for an adult.

Our group of three adults enjoyed 4 nights in October 2025. Loredana met us for orientation to this clean, very well located and furnished apartment. Markets, restaurants and the best of Rome history and culture are all walkable from your front door. Sights and sounds are what one should expect in such a central and vibrant city location. Great central location was perfect for our family to see all the major sites around Rome. Host was super helpful at checkin to make suggestions and show us around the property. Place is comfortable with great little outdoor balconies.

Beautiful, very spacious property in an ideal location - very close to the Pantheon and directly above several restaurants & cafes and a convenience store. A grocery store and all types of shopping were just steps away. Strong & consistent WiFi. They provided several universal travel plug adapters, which was thoughtful. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact and communicate with. Two AC units - one in the living room and another in the top floor bedroom - both worked perfectly. Very comfortable beds. The balconies were so nice for morning coffee and a late dinner. Well-lit, busy and safe area too.

Great location and great host

Overall a fantastic experience, the host was extremely helpful with the check in process and provided suggestions for where to go nearby. The location is top notch, within walking distance to all of our sightseeing destinations and plenty of good dining options.

Family Holiday To Rome

The property was fantastic, multiple terraces was lovely and as the last stop on a many city trip in southern Europe was a really well equipped place to stay. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, etc you could want to make food, the place felt like a home for a few nights.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything you’d want to see over the course of a few days. The recommendations on restaurants from the property manager were excellent. It really was a great way to end our European Holiday.

Perfect Rome getaway

The apartment was perfect for our Rome visit. The location was walkable to everything on our activity wish list -Pantheon, Trastevere, Jewish ghetto and Colosseum. Lots of food options close by. The description on vrbo site was very accurate. I recommend.

A very fine location for experiencing Rome

We enjoyed our stay; everything needed is available. Of course the city center is no haven of tranquility. On the other hand you can do all your tours on foot. Strongly recommended!

Perfect location

Amazing location in the middle of Rome. We could walk to everything and Pantheon is just around the corner. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need. The outdoor space is great, but could definitely need a touch up with some fresh plants and cleaning. If you want to stay in the middle of Rome surrounded by everything- don’t hesitate to book.

Wonderful stay!

Really had a wonderful stay at this property. It's large and very comfortable. AC units were awesome, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and functional. Kitchen was a nice size, and the 2 balconies were really nice to have when we just wanted to relax at home after a long day of walking but still be outside. The upstairs shower ceiling is super short, but still usable. Also, there's quite a bit of street noise that starts pretty early in the morning, so if you want a quiet morning you may not get it here. But overall - really great stay, and would recommend and stay again!

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location was great for seeing all the usual sites in Rome. Parthenon is five minute walk with nice restaurants for night time right in front. The cons to this location is you absolutely need noise canceling device as it can be brutal noise level all night long due to a club around the corner that closes around 4-5am. It was impossible to sleep with singing and loud talking even with windows closed. If we’d had a white noise machine this might have been ok. Also be aware it is many flights of stairs so if you have mobility issue you may not like this location.

A Good time in Rome for Family

First let’s start with the many positives of this place. It looks just like the pictures. The main positive is the location. If you are a walker, even a hesitant one, you can walk to everywhere. The. Colosseum is 20 min. And pantheon is 2 min. Trevi Fountain 8 min. Just some examples. The location is surrounded by many good Italian Restaurants and some groceries as well. We never used the kitchen to cook. Great pasta, pizza, and sandwiches are everywhere. Who wants to cook. Lots of small shops and lots of shopping at the Spanish Steps area. There are stairs to the unit but they are gently sloped and easy to get your bags up. The owner arranged transportation to and from the airport. Super nice touch. It was ver hot in Rome when I was there. The main floor bed room doesn’t have an air conditioner in it but if you use the fan and close the kitchen door the room cools. Upstairs room air works well but keep dressing room door closed for maximin cooling. All and all I would stay here again and recommend it to all groups.

Very nice stay, the location is great, accessible by taxi/uber to the building's door. Thr small restaurant downstairs is pretty decent and has nice prices. The appartment is foot-close to all the attractions. In order to get to Vatican, bus line 492 is at 5 min walk from the appartment. All good, I recommend.
