Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace a few steps from the Pantheon located on the third floor, with a lift (you have to walk up to the first floor). The palace was built in 1582 and was initially a monastery of the "Franciscan" nuns.The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (150x190), living room with fireplace and double sofa bed (140 x 190), table with chairs, kitchen, bathroom. All rooms have access to the terrace (max 2 + 2 person - 50 mq).The terrace is equipped with table with chairs and umbrella, sun loungers and there are numerous plants (30 mq)The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and Air Conditioning \ Heating and Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linens and towels for all guests.The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows to explore on foot many tourist attractions.The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight).
