  • The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
    The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family. Location was unbelievable with only two blocks away from the Trevi fountain and two blocks away from the Spanish steps. Right in the middle of all the most magnificent shopping and restaurants.

Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the apartment. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The location was perfect we could walk anywhere and we did. The apartment was very clean and we had someone come in every morning to clean and had new towels just like a hotel. If traveling with a large group this is a great place to stay.
