Absolutely great stay, quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to most sites
The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need to make your stay comfortable. It was a plus having a washing machine. The air conditioners worked great. It was a nice quiet location within walking distance to anything you might want to visit in Rome.

Good location, close to train and many attractions. No Air Conditioning available until after June 1, although on floor 3 still very noisy late into the night with all the foot and auto traffic below while windows open due to no A/C. Overall, enjoyable

Ideal location
Put your worries aside and book this apartment! Ideal location close to the Trevi fountain and a great layout with large entry, huge full length mirror, family room/den, great kitchen, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, and 2 bedrooms (1 with twin beds) and (1 with a US King)- we were very comfortable as a family of four. (Adult daughters age 22). Also- the small elevator allowed 1 adult plus 2 sets of luggage to ride up and easily get to the 3rd floor of this apartment building. Just remember to utilize the app (don’t respond to vrbo email notifications) when communicating your arrival time to ensure easy check in. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Spacious and Close to Trevi Fountain
The apartment was very spacious and quiet for our family of four. Close to restaurants, shops, a grocery store and the Trevi fountain. The apartment and the rooms were well appointed and it was nice having two bathrooms. There is an elevator that holds two people and was a great respite after a long day of walking. Check in was easy and we had no problems communicating with the host. The only issues we had were (1) the shower door does not seal well enough & leaks onto the floor getting the mat completely wet and (2) there was a musty/sewer smell coming from the bathrooms but was mostly unnoticeable after spraying with room deodorizer & toilet spray. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again when in Rome.

Everything about this property was dead on. It was clean, it looked just like the pics, the host went way beyond to help us settle, learn how to be in Rome and make our stay a most memorable one. The location is ideal!!!!!!!! Not on a busy street with high noise to keep you up at night. In general a great place to make your home when in Rome. We are 80ish and could actually walk to many venues. Use these folks if you want a great time in Rome !!!!!!

Spacious Apartment in the centre of Rome
This is a spacious apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms and a large living / dining room. We booked it as midway point through a rail tour of Italy, as one of the few apartments which had a washing machine. This was a very useful amenity. The apartment stayed cool even though the temperature was rising outside. Other users have identified a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was present. Although the bathroom was clean it would benefit from re-decorating and some fresh grouting. Whilst the apartment is very close to the Trevi fountain, that area is best avoided as it is unpleasantly busy and touristy at all hours. In addition to the usual attractions of the Colosseum and the climb to the top of the dome of St Peters, we would also recommend the park of Villa Borghese, Piazza Cavour and the vibrancy of the Trastevere area of the city.
