This magnificent and luxurious property is located 200 meters from the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome. A few steps from the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese (with Colle Pincio) and not far from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. This 80 sqm apartment, entirely paved with parquet, has been recently renovated. It is located on the 4th floor with a lift. It consists of a large open space of 40 m2. with double bed, equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle) and dining table and another double room, both with bathroom. The apartment has various comforts such as FREE WI-FI, air conditioning, 2 televisions, bathrooms with shower, hairdryer. Just 100 meters. there is the Ludovisi, private and guarded paid parking. It is perfectly connected with the Metro stops of Piazza Barberini (only 100 meters) and Piazza di Spagna (200 meters), with Termini Station (main train station) reachable in 10 minutes by Metro and bus . The area surrounding the apartment offers a variety of prestigious shops (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona and Via Frattina) and numerous commercial activities of any kind (Via del Tritone, Via del Corso and Via Nazionale). Also nearby there are several places of cultural interest such as the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, the Borghese Gallery and the Capitoline Museums. A few meters away is the Sistina Theater, one of the most important and representative Italian theaters of variety, musical comedies and concerts. Just near the Palazzo delle Esposizioni there is the Tourist Information Point open from 9.30 to 19. 00. Apartment was an easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. Many good restaurants near this location and only two block from subway stop for easy access to the Vatican and Colosseum / Forum. Check in process was excellent and the owner provided many good tips for our Rome excursions.

Amazing 2 bed/2 bath apartment close to all amenities. Lovely owner very helpful and answered all questions before and at arrival. We love Rome!

My family of four had a a wonderful three days in Rome. The apartment is in a great location. The beds were comfortable. We were able to explore so many areas by foot and short taxis. Also train station is a block away. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to Rome.

Wonder Place…Incredible Host

Fantastic stay in a beautiful part of the city

All of us loved the apartment and the area where it was situated. So close to so many restaurants and landmarks. Our host was also incredible. Check in was smooth and she was very accommodating considering we arrived close to midnight. She was also very attentive if we needed something. Great location - Great Host

The location is central to so much. Delicious restaurants close by. Secure building and the lift was needed for my special needs daughter. Host Francesca was communicative, helpful and kind. Our luggage was delayed and she recommended a store (without us asking) we could purchase things at a reasonable price. She asked if we needed help with anything. The apartment was clean and it suited our needs. We would stay there again.

This spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortable 2-bedroom unit, was a perfect location for central sight-seeing, and super-close to the Metro (subway) access, for easy, short, commutes to attractions a little further away, such as The Vatican and The Colosseum. A short walk down the street brings you to the top of the Spanish steps. Francesca made our checkin process efficient, pleasant, and informative. The food and drink treats were a nice touch - much appreciated ! Francesca’s place was the perfect choice for our 2-night stay in Rome !!

Great Stay

The apartment is centrally located. We walked everywhere. It is how the listing describes. It is very comfortable. Francesca was a very informative and friendly host. We were able to check in early due to a early flight to Rome. She also got us in touch with a driver to pick us up from the airport. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome.

Great Apartment

Here are some good pointers to have when booking your stay. Pro's -Location was great -Check was awesome and host was very accommodating -Apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated -Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee, water, drinks, and snacks -Bathrooms were very large -4th floor apartment but there is an elevator -Nice towels and plenty of them -Plenty of toilet paper Con's -Sheets on the bed were very thin -Beds were 2 singles put together, so you felt the crease Overall this was an excellent apartment, and I would highly recommend staying here!

I was very disappointed in this flat. There was not an accurate description, and I don’t know when those photos were taken, but things are in need of repair and cleanliness. The shower in the first bedroom was so filthy. It had mold all over the showerhead and mold all over The bottom. It was very difficult to get into the shower because of the height there was a stepstool to get in the shower however it was quite dangerous. The sinks & toilets in both bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, as well as the kitchenette. The cover on the beds were never washed and had stains on them. The headboard on the first bedroom had head oil stains on them…gross! The ad does say that they’re near Il Sistina, which is the theater, but never indicated how much noise there would be until one in the morning. There was a horrible odor coming from the first bedroom’s bathroom continuously and I did mention it to the owner, but nothing was ever done about it. The only good thing I have to say about this property was that the owner was extremely nice and kind and gave us a lot of information about where to go and what to see the first day we arrived. She is very responsive to messages, but the follow through is not there.. she said the cleaning crew was there for 3 to 4 hours which was inaccurate because we got there early and all we saw them do was change the sheets and sweep the floors with a duster. I did not complain about all of the above things because there was no changing reservations.

A lovely classic apartment in an amazing part of town. We have been to Rome five times, and this was the nicest accommodation we found in the area for a reasonable price.The host was excellent, filled us in thoroughly when we arrived, and we had everything we needed for this day. It was my wife and I and our adult daughter spending a week.Highly recommend.
