Located just a 3-minute walk from the Lepanto Metro station, Casa Ivlia is the ideal base for exploring all the wonders this millennia-old city has to offer, featuring three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Casa Ivlia is located on the third floor, accessible by lift, of an elegant historic Roman building. This stylish residence is perfect for families or group trips. It features three bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Children are welcome: a cot, high chair, and, if needed, a car seat are available.
The home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, kettle, and espresso and American coffee makers. Guests have access to two bathrooms with showers, one of which also features a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.
Bedding and towels are provided for guests, as well as soap and detergent, a hair dryer, and many other amenities.
Rounding out the home is an elegant living room with a sofa, TV, and extendable table, as well as a hobby room complete with a corner for exercise equipment and a dedicated workspace.
All rooms are equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The entire apartment is available to guests, and access is provided via a keypad (or online link), so guests don’t have to worry about keys.
