The apartment is located in an elegant building from 1930s in a quiet residential neighborhood, with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just across the street, and a renewed historic park a couple of blocks away.
Main feature of the apartment is the generous living room, with the dining and living areas and a piano. Two comfortable bedrooms, a big bathroom, and a brand new kitchen complete the apartment. The layout and extra space, make this apartment ideal for friends or a family (travel crib and high-chair available upon request).
A mix of vintage and modern design, the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: AC, fast fiber Wi-Fi, smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
