- This splendid and exclusive apartment is located in the heart of Campo de' Fiori one of the most ancient and picturesque parts of Rome, characterized by its unique 18th century buildings and elegant stores and restaurants. The location is great, but the photos of this property do not match the actual property. I’m ok with a property being older and maybe not freshly painted. But the photos of this apartment do not come close to reality. We also had a major problem with the toilet while we were there. I will say that they got someone in to fix it fairly quickly. However, three messages sent to the host asking when someone was going to come to clean the bathroom (there was a half inch of toilet water all over the floor) went unanswered. I finally went to a local bodega and bought some disinfectant and towels and cleaned it myself.
Also, anyone renting this apartment should be aware that getting large suitcases up stairs is very difficult. That is not a complaint. It’s just an observation for anyone considering this apartment.
Great location, but it’s not what you see in the photos.

Gezellig appartement en perfecte locatie
Zeer goed gelegen zodat je alles te voet kan bezichtigen.
Leuk appartement (eigenlijk 2 aparte), hoogste appartement typisch terrasje met uitzicht over de Romeinse daken.
Goede bedden, leuke living, keuken met het nodige gerief, 2 badkamers + nog 1 extra toilet.
Eén gróót nadeel : in de badkamer boven was er meestal geen warm water !

Great location but the rest wasn't so great
We loved the location, easy to get around to where we wanted to go. Problems were in our 4 days, we had internet basically just one day. Hard to find site info, phone numbers, restaurant reservations with no internet. We had very spotty hot water the whole time. I thought we were getting a place that was owned by someone that we booked with. Found out our place was one of 480+ rentals owned by a large corporation. Our only contact once we arrived was Fransisco, a service guy they sent to handle problems. Too much time spent on problems. We'd look elsewhere next time.

Super Lage jedoch mit Mängeln
Die Lage ist super, allerdings kann man sich in der Dusche der unteren Wohnung nicht hinstellen, da unter einer Schräge (morgends Limbo), auch läuft das Wasser kaum ab (es dauer einen Tag, bis das Wasser vom Duschen abgelaufen ist). In der oberen Wohnung kam kaum Wasser aus der Dusche... für das Gesamtpakt etwas teuer...

Top Flat: 1/5 Cools the property to about 80 Farenheit. I'm sure it's a long standing issue.
Bottom flat has a very slow draining bathtub.
Top flat runs out of hot water after 3 showers (back to back).
Check in: Very smooth.
Nice patio on 2 levels.
Will gladly stay there again.
Fix the AC in top flat and I will highly recommend.
Best attribute, location, location and location.
Right on door step of Campo de Fiori.
5 minute (timed) walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon. 10 minute walk (timed) to Trevi fountain. 12 minute walk to Trastevere.
