The Space:

The apartment comfortably hosts up to 6 guests.



It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The 3 full bathrooms are a particularly generous feature for the number of bedrooms.



The rooms are bright and overlook the city. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals.



Beds are prepared for the number of booked guests; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Sant'Angelo district, at the entrance to Rome's Jewish Ghetto, one of the city's most characteristic neighbourhoods. Steps away you will find the Portico d'Ottavia, the Synagogue, Largo di Torre Argentina and Campo de' Fiori with its morning market. Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Trastevere are a few minutes' walk away. The area is full of restaurants, traditional trattorias and historic shops.



Getting Around:

The location is extremely central and easy to get around on foot.



Tram number 8 stops on Via Arenula and quickly connects Trastevere and Largo di Torre Argentina, where many bus lines run. The area is in a ZTL: car access is limited and no parking is available on site.



From Fiumicino airport: Leonardo Express to Termini, then taxi or transit. From Ciampino: shuttle or taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

Cleaning: For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).

Luggage storage: Available before check-in or after check-out at our office at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be confirmed in advance by contacting us.

It is possible to request in-person check-in instead of the self check-in, to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. A surcharge applies based on the arrival time: € 15 from 18:00 to 21:00, € 25 after 21:00, € 50 after 24:00, € 100 after 2:00.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Off-platform contact: When contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always include the name of the apartment and the check-in date.

Languages: We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
