Babuino Deluxe - Spanish Steps

This lovely apartment is on the first floor, with elevator, of an elegant building facing the famous "Via del Babuino".



Recently renovated with particular taste and attention to details, the apartment is modern and very functional. The parquet floor, together with the large windows in all rooms, make the apartment very bright and pleasant.



The entrance opens into the living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a table for four with chairs, flat screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.





The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and everything you need during your stay.

The bathroom with shower is modern and recently renovated as the whole apartment.

At the end of the living room there is a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and single bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables. A TV completes the decoration of the bedroom.



The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi: all you need to make your stay in Rome truly enjoyable!

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).

It was spacious, comfortable, and the location is ideal. Walk to Spanish Steps one way or Piazza de Popolo the other. Very kind and helpful hosts. More towels and wash cloths.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Alessandra's place was magnificent! You can not find a better location! Next to the famous artist destination Via Margutta, knon for the home of Picaso and Fillini , and other artists. walking distance to everything. If you are planning a trip to Rome, that is the place to stay!

The location is perfect. The apartment is fullly equipped with utilities access was very easygoing There were some issues with bathroom cleaning + some persistent smell (perhaps from the pipes?). Also, I think windows should be better isolated from street noise, otherwise sleeping in the main bedroom is quite a challenge

Amazing location for a short visit

The apartment was in such a perfect location that we thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The high ceilings also made the place feel roomy and comfortable. Everything was within a stone's throw and the location felt very safe. The bathroom needs repairs. The hand shower was broken, the bidet wouldn't drain, the shower had no curtain so we had to angle it so the water wouldn't get out.

Apartment in ideal location with easy access to metro, the apartment is in a old building so as we expected for there to be some city noise's. The apartment was well layed out, but in need a fit of refurbishment, ie: squeak doors, window shutters not closing unless wedged shut and a fresh coat of paint, that been said it was a very pleasant stay and all our questions were answered straight away A bit of decorating would brighten up the apartment

the apartment was ok, bad is not for 5 people if you want to be confortable, for 2 or 3 it's perfect, the manager excellent, helping with everything I ask, also he let me live my luggage there after the check out. The building had constructors working in the entrance, that made a lot of dust, but it will be finish soon.

Can't beat the location for staying in central Rome! Walkable to just about everywhere. Good communications with the owners/managers for any issues. The driver they arranged, Maria, was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. As others have mentioned, the bathroom needs some love and care. Had issues with the toilet and shower which were promptly addressed. Some mentioned street noise, but that comes with the area, and we actually enjoyed hearing the life of the city we were in. Internet was not reliable...mostly fine, but sometimes nothing (seems to be the DSL service provider, not the apartment WiFi). We booked through Marriott and ended up paying over 2x the direct rate, so only 3 starts for value for money based on how we booked.

No good stay

We stayed as family in March 2023 , best of this place is location . BUT overall experience was not good at all . The apartment does not look as pictures published. It was dusty . It seems that they did not do a cleaning in depth for a while . Then the restroom has a bad odor during whole stay. And shower drain was not worked despite they try to fix it .In addition sofa has a dirty coverage with hairs and questionable bloody spot . I think they have to replace sofa . We could not sit on it . This place can be a hit if owner make a serious effort with cleaning and replace some dirty furniture. Finally I hope owner updates with current pictures not the ones are listed at the moment.

Pulizia, letto comodo, asciugamani doppi. Dotato di ogni piccolo dettaglio per qualsiasi necessità, dalle cialde allo zucchero, sale, rotolo di carta a disposizione. Una bottiglia d' acqua sarebbe gradita.

A 50mt da Piazza di Spagna ️

L'appartamento è praticamente a 50mt da Piazza di Spagna e dalla stazione metropolitana, nel raggio di 100 mt, quindi 1' al massimo, supermercati, bar, Ristoranti..... sempre ad 1' sei praticamente sulla famosa via dei Condotti, l'ideale per famiglie o per coloro che fino a tarda notte vogliono stare in giro per Roma..... l'appartamento è accogliente, le finestre sporgono direttamente sulla via del babbuino ma nonostante ciò il silenzio è garantito! Nell'appartamento c'è tutto quello che può servire dal forno, al microonde, la macchina per il caffè, la lavatrice ed un buon piano cottura, noi comunque abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori, se proprio devo trovare un cavillo, un po' più di attenzione al funzionamento della doccia, che comunque non inficia il voto alto per l'appartamento! Il personale, in particolare Leonardo, sempre attento e premuroso ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, consiglio vivamente per coloro che vogliono alloggiare in centro, dove i prezzi sono stellari, spendendo cifre ragionevoli ( non regalate ️). Da riprenotare! Il doccino della doccia e lo scarico della stessa da rivedere.....

Lo Consiglio vivamente perché è in una posizione strategica. Sia se si è in macchina come noi, sia se si è a piedi, si riesce in breve tempo a spostarsi ovunque si desideri. Siamo stati in quest appartamento con due bambini piccoli e la sorpresa è stata nel vederli entusiasti del posto In quanto esci dal portone è vivi la Roma perbene. Grazie allo staff per essere stati favolosi nonostante io sia stata particolarmente esigente.

We had a bit of difficulty getting to the apartment because the management failed to get us a promised transport. The apartment was a bit difficult to get through the gates and get the key. The bathroom smelled at times of sewer. The kitchen is not well purposed. The brightness of the apartment picture was not there because of scaffolding that completely blocked the only two windows. This apartment is in a great location and we enjoyed the walking.
