Clean, bright, safe and fabulous!
I have stayed at the property twice now and have already booked in again. I love the location away from the busy hub but in a very safe and residential area still within walking distance to so much. Also located on a bus line so easy access to everywhere. The rooms are extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, the staff very friendly. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well.

Family 5 night stay
The room was a decent size for 2 adults & 2 kids with enough storage for clothes etc for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom was also a good size. The shower was mediocre, temperature and spray strength fluctuated often but it was enough to do the job. The water took ages to drain away which we did complain about but they were unable to fix it. Hairdryer was broken but got replaced the next day. A plug socket on the desk area didn’t work (forgot to mention that to the staff). Kitchen area is very basic. They have hob area but no pans to use on it. No sink to wash/clean up after yourself. Loved that we had constant supply of bottled water,milk and juice and the kids loved the choc chip biscuits. We didn’t really make use of the breakfast as it wasn’t our thing. Cleaner came everyday which we weren’t expecting and she did a good enough job. Cleaner was very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel receptionist was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. B&B is only a couple of stops by bus from Rome, would recommend getting the 24hour ticket which is €7 and let’s you get on any bus as much as you like, great for seeing more of Rome. Some really nice places to eat around the B&B. Would recommend Ambasciatori which is less then 5 min walk.

The hotel was located in a very safe neighbourhood with many food options. Located about 2-3 stops from Roma Termini, made it very easy for us to get to places or the tourist attractions. They were very flexible with the check in and they do text you beforehand to confirm your flight timing to try to get a room ready before your arrival if possible. Would definitely go there again when in Rome.

Great little B&B with Character
Great little B&B situated just a bus ride away from Rome centre. Bus stop only 2 mins walk from hotel. Staff are very friendly and very helpful if you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced for Rome then this is a place to stay

Great stay in Rome...
Great a appartment/hotel. Good idea about the help yourself breakfast as you don’t feel under pressure to get up at a specific time. Great air con on a hot stay in Rome. But could do with international tv access as we’d stayed in a B&B with an international tv card just great for catching up on news and not having to use your own phone with small screen!!!!

Wish we didn't have to leave!
Our stay at B&B Home 77 was amazing! They surprised us with a free upgrade upon arrival and made us feel nothing but welcome. The B&B is in a great area, not too far away but not in the middle of all the hussle and bussle. All attractions are easily accessible through the buses which stops a 2 minute walk from the B&B.

Hotel is close to public transportation. Towels are only change every three days. Very noisy, you can hear when others arrive and when they take a shower.

This is not a hotel. Entrance is pretty filty and scary. Streets are not cleaned. Breakfast only includes some pastries. Bed is uncomformtable and furniture is falling apart. Area is very noisy as well as when guests are coming in and out. I will not stay in this hotel never again and will not recommend to others.

Great stay at B&B Home 77
I was really worried about a B&B but it turned out great. They accommodated our very late check in due to our lost baggage issues at the airport. They were so helpful in calling our airline to resolve our lost baggage situation and following up with us on the status. The B&B is cozy, clean and they offer free wifi and breakfast of various breads, fruits, coffee, juice and water. You have access to the fridge in the kitchen with water, milk and juice at all times. This is a B&B so it looked like an apartment divided up into different rooms but they all had its own bathroom and was a good size.

Very nice apartment a home from home,close to all the tourist attractions,nice area close to embassy buildings and university.breakfast was fine,ideal kept you going until lunchtime.shops and restaurants,cafes nearby.Small kitchen with fridge and equipment for use if you want to bring food and drink in .A bit of a walk to get to historical areas but we liked that enjoyed the walking about.

Staff were very nice people. There is a book in the room don't overlook it it's hand crafted with excellent tips for the area and Rome in general. The bed was firm everything was clean. But if you have the window open be aware the Romans never ever stop driving by. I wore earplugs and was fine.

Cool place, but caution
this isn't a traditional hotel. It's literally a bed and breakfast of about 7 rooms in a residential/non tourist area in a building that looks like an office ie there are multiple floors with other businesses. It's not obvious at all when trying to find it. You are also given three keys to enter the building, enter the hotel main area and then to your room. The kitchen is a main area, no one makes breakfast. There was a lot of noise from the people in the other rooms during the morning. However, it was a very charming room, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was by far my favourite in Rome to date. Amazing cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay again for one night, but that's likely it.

Very good Rome accommodation-more like a home!
Excellent accommodation with friendly people. Clean and secure. We stayed 3 nights. Not in a tourist hotel area but Central enough with a 15min walk to bus terminal. Lots of restaurants close by, some tourist and many local. This is a B and B where the owners live close by so staffed 8.00 till 1.00 with a message left for guests with phone details outside these hours so remember your phone! (we did not have a phone in use but another resident called for us). Its a small establishment in a apartment complex on a main street, the taxi we used had a couple of goes finding it but no real issue.

B & B was further out than I thought it would be. Having said that it is conveniently located near a Bus route 60 & 62 for getting into the center of Rome & approx 5-10 mins from Metro.

Very nice b&b - good location close to all kinds of transportation. Has a lot of nice restrurants in the area. Small room But perfect. Heaters didn't work though so pretty cold, but put on fan on heat. Bigger room did not hear well and was very cold. Shower was dated- was hot but full of calcare so not a good spray. Very nice staff- super helpful!! Breakfast in room self service but very good. Helping lady was wonderful!

The service was really nice. A very laid back place but also very homey. It felt as if I had hired someones home for the weekend. Breakfast isnt limited to a certain times which is great because I have always missed it in past stays at different places!

Cute, convient place in Rome
I stayed here for 1 night on 2 different occasions. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy. Each room has a hot water maker, and tea. Bulk bottled water and juice are always available. The location is also 10 minutes from the Rome Termini which makes commuting very easy

Modern style bed and breakfast
I stayed at B&B Home 77 for a total of four nights spanning the 3rd of October through the 7th of October. I found the staff to be very friendly and hospitable. As an example, immediately upon booking, we received an email from Pasquale (the contact for B&B Home 77) asking us for our travel information so they can plan accordingly. Since they do not have typical hours for a hotel (they're a bed and breakfast) their front desk closes early. They accommodated us quickly and easily, since we did not arrive until 21:00. We simply just checked in the next day. Overall I find the hotel to be very modern. It's best to consider this location to be like a modern, upscale college dormitory in which five or six bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) share a common living room/kitchen/dining area. The common area isn't very large, but I find the fridge regularly stocked with common necessities such as juice, water, bread, jam and other essential nutrients. It made the stay quite enjoyable. What I also liked about B&B Home 77 was its location. It was close to a Metro station and a Bus Line and a short distance to Roma Termini train station via Taxi. Both my wife and I concur that during our 14 night stay through France, Germany and Europe, B&B Home 77 was the best hotel experience for us. It was just very relaxing and modern. A good touch.

We had a wonderful stay in B&B Home 77. We had a room in the newer annex and we could not fault it. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated. The staff always had the bed made up after our return from exploring romes sights. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic cereal, juices, coffee, almond croissants, toast and fruit but it was ideal to get you started. There are nice restaurants close by as well as delicious gelato places a 2 minute walk away! We took the bus in and out of the city centre everyday but this was made very easy for us by the staff who marked out the bus routes on a map when we checked in and also where the sights were located in the city. Would recommend!

Great hotel to stay! Clean and modern with old charm. The receptionist was very friendly and excellent in providing great sightseeing tips. Only minor problem was that my room was a bit smelly because it was a smoking room. Other than that, everything was great

Everything was new and sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing advice on city by girl on reception, really helpful. Advice on all transport and areas - ways to avoid tourist crowded areas/ques. Lovely location, good restaurants & quiet suburb for sleeping well - wish we had stayed longer!
