We invite you to visit our cozy corner directly overlooking St. Peter’s church, just a few steps away from the Vatican. You could stay in a finely furnished structure and comfortably enjoy your ideal vacation in Rome.
It feels like home. An ancient building of '900 in the center of Rome, located in the elegant Vatican district, a precious corner overlooking the dome of St. Peter. apartment offers 3 bedrooms: one single and two doubles. All rooms are provided with a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LED TV HD, Wi-Fi, toiletries.

From our apartment you can walk to the main monuments of Rome in a few minutes: from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums to Castel Sant'Angelo, from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori.
The underground station Ottaviano is only 5-minute walk and our location allows easy access to all the amenities in Rome.

All our rooms have a bathroom en suite. They are elegant, comfortable and spacious, equipped with every comfort. The two doubles, Lavanda and Quadrifoglio, have a privileged view of the St. Peter’s dome and the single one, Rosa, has a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.

Perfect location, great stay

We stayed in this same apartment last year and loved it so much we came back. Perfect location right across from the Vatican with views of St Peter’s from the windows. Very spacious and convenient apartment, feels like home. Livio was great and very helpful.

The ideal location for your stay in Rome!

Our group of five found the accommodation to be ideally located for exploring Vatican City and all it offers. A reasonably short walk will take you to” hop on hop off” buses that will take you on a tour of Rome.

The view is what got our attention

Lovely time staying at this location. Clean and large enough for 3 people to spread out in. Easy to get around with the major buses lines right there. Some great restaurants in the area too.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This was a very cool place to stay. It is just a few steps away from Saint Peters Square. The beds are a bit firm and the bathrooms a bit dated, but overall it was a gorgeous location, with a bathroom for each room and a great view of the Basillica.

Excellent location

The apartment was very clean and the location was one block away from the Vaticano. Lots of restaurants just downstairs. There’s an elevator for going up and down. Great spot.

Pre-cruise stay with six adults, can’t beat the location!! Cafe outside in the morning for coffee and plenty of options within a few hundred ft. One bed a little small but we managed! Overall would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time in Rome. This apartment is wonderful and had space for the 5 of us. The location was terrific and in a safe neighborhood next to the Vatican. I would definitely stay here again. The host Livio and Lello his friend were very helpful and available when we needed their help. I highly recommend this apartment.

When in Roma ….

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Roma! The property was close to all the places we wanted to see - and directly across the street from Vatican City. The apartment was in a historical building which was beautiful! Our host was very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Great location

The best part of this property is location. Had some issues with cleanliness/maintenance of the place, however host was quick to respond and tried to rectify. The lady we received the keys from and showed the place only spoke Italian so there was some confusion there. Overall great location once you understand the area.

Perfect accommodation

The location and amenities were great for our group of 4. We could walk or share a reasonably priced taxi everywhere. Nice restaurants, a coffee shop and taxi stand immediately to the right of the VRBO. Best of all Livio was an amazing host, arranging transportation to and from the airport and being available if needed. Thanks Livio!

Great neighborhood, great hosts

This is the nicest property I've ever stayed at in Rome. It was clean, neat, and the dining/living room/bedrooms were very spacious. The hosts were fantastic and very available. If I had any criticism, it would be to put in a couple more sharp knives and wine glasses, but perhaps those items get taken. Either way, I would definitely stay there again. The restaurant downstairs on the street has wonderful hospitality and is a great breakfast or lunch spot. 5 stars all around.

Amazing position that is spacious and clean

This place is 10 out of 5 stars. The host and his family are wonderful. The position in the city that’s a short walk to the Vatican and near the bus stop that goes anywhere is amazing. The coziness and yet spaciousness of the apartment is perfect. Three separate bedrooms with three bathrooms including three showers. A kitchen with a large (for European standards) refrigerator and dinnerware. An elevator to get there! Everything was perfect! Stay here!

Great Location, Great Value

This is a very nice apartment just meters from St. Peter’s Square. It is located in a less-crowded area away from the congestion in the historic part of Rome, yet has a bus stop a few steps from the door which can get you anywhere. The apartment is actually 3 en-suite bedrooms/ baths with a kitchen and common area. Perfect for families that prefer some privacy for sleeping and showering. The host, Livio, is most friendly and accommodating, arranging for airport transfers, taxis, or early luggage drop if possible. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and has good security. There is a short flight of indoor stairs leading to an elevator. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay!

Awesome stay in Rome

We loved our stay here in Rome, right across from the Vatican. The location was the initial reason for booking this apartment, and it proved a perfect spot for our Rome trip. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious—great to have o it own bedrooms and bathrooms but with common area as well. We had to wait a bit upon arriving to get in, which made things a little difficult, but generally communication was great. Livio and his mother were very friendly and helpful. At one point the water heater stopped working, but Livio was great at communicating and got it squared away the next day—his mother even came over close to 10:00 at night to try and help get it running. We loved our week here and would absolutely stay here again.

2 minute walk to The Vatican!

Location, location, location! This is a conveniently located unit right next to The Vatican. We started our trip to Italy in Rome, and the first stop was The Vatican. It was wonderful to be able to walk for a couple of minutes and be at Saint Peter’s Basilica early in the morning to beat the crowds. In the neighborhood you can find anything you need: Pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We always felt safe walking around the area at all hours. The second and third day, we felt adventurous, and even rode the bus around the city. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Livia was attentive, kind, and helpful. Thanks for hosting our family!

We (the family of two parents and two teens) stayed in the apartment in summer 2023. Apartment is roomy, very well situated, accessible by city buses, metro (subway) and even train. Rooms are large with high ceilings and with comfortable beds (although headboards panels are used and should be replaced), bathrooms are clean, kitchen is tiny (European stile) and not quite fully equipped (no wine glasses, not enough spoons...). Communication with owner was good although the check in was a bit tedious (we had to wait in the nearby café for some time until the lovely lady (owners mom) came to let us in and shown us the apartment. She was so nice and kept explaining things in Italian even though we do not speak it :) Overall, we recommend the place. Cheers.
