Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a relaxation area, 55" Smart TV, and air conditioning. There’s a study corner with desk and chair, ideal for remote work. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, pod coffee machine and moka, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, and tableware. Two double bedrooms with beds, nightstands, wardrobes, air conditioning, TV, and linen included. Two bathrooms: one full with shower and courtesy set, the other en suite (without shower) for extra privacy. Private balcony with table and chairs, perfect for sunny breakfasts or aperitifs. Fast fiber Wi-Fi included. Heating in the living room and bedrooms.
Just 400 m from Metro B Garbatella, with direct connection to Termini Station in 8 minutes. 800 m from Ostiense Station with direct trains to Fiumicino Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minutes from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. 15 minutes by train to the Vatican City. All services within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops. Easily reachable in about 30 minutes from Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
Please do not smoke, hold parties, or bring pets. Respect quiet hours: 2:00–4:00 pm and 11:00 pm–8:00 am.
