Mario was very welcoming and gave good directions to the B&B. It's in a lovely old building on the 5th floor . The area was very safe and some lovely restaurants close by along with other shops. All the main sites are walkable and lovely way to see the city. Mario was very helpful with some local knowledge and booked us a taxi for our homeward journey to the airport. Imelda the lovely lady who looked after us at breakfast and tidied our room was welcoming and very helpful. B&B had everything we needed, was very clean and the breakfast of yoghurt, french toast, croissant and coffee was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

아침으로 빵이랑 커피 주스 요거트등을 챙겨줘서 편햇음. 로마중심가랑 멀지 않고 떼르미니역도 가까움. 근데 건물자체가 낡아서 그런지 벽지에 쬐끔스 곰팽스가 ㅎㅎ 글구 라디에이터가 켜질때도있고 꺼질때도있고 ㅎㅎ 뭔기준인지 잘 모르겟슴 수건은 내가 사람붙잡구 교체해달라구 하면 해줌 주인은 매우매우.. 친절함 먼지가 좀 많으은느으낌 ㅎㅎ

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A 20 min a pie de las atracciones principales. Mario e Inalda son geniales. Súper predispuestos a orientarte y hacer recomendaciones. La habitación es lo que se muestra en las fotos y el desayuno también. El edificio donde está ubicado es un edificio de más de 100 años por lo que el ascensor es de lo mas pintoresco!!

후기들에서 주인 아저씨의 친절한 서비스가 최고였다고 하는데 사실이다. 이메일을 통해 사전에 커뮤니케이션하고 질문하면 잘 답해준다. 하지만 리셉션 데스크가 없어서 사전에 도착 시간을 꼭 정확히 고지하여야한다. 우리는 버스 놓쳐서 도착시간 늦었더니 체크인 하는데 시간이 걸렸다. 전화해서 겨우 체크인함. 엘리베이터가 정말 어~~ㅁ청 좁고 불편하다. 숙소에 전기포트 없어서 불편했고 헤어드라이기 있긴 있는데 가져가시는 거 추천. 숙소위치가 안전하긴한데 관광지와 좀 많이 멀다.

Pokoj byl pěkný, čistý, útulný. Součástí pokoje je vlastní koupelna. Ubytování je v perfektní lokalitě, asi 40 min. pěšky od kolosea, pobliz se nachází zastávka metra Republica, odkud se dostanete do Vatikánu, od hlavního nádraží je vzdálenost asi 15 min. pěšky, restaurace i obchody jsou v okolí ubytování. Snídaně - croissant, toast, maslo, marmeláda, jogurt, caj, kafe a džus. Uvitala bych nějakou změnu v nabídce snídani. Hostitel byl velmi milý a přátelský, dal nam super tipy kam zajít, co videt. Po odhlášení z pobytu jsme si mohli nechat na ubytování zavazadlo a vyzvednout dle potřeby. Toto ubytování doporučuji.

The property owner was extremely helpful as was the lady who prepared breakfast and cleaned. The only downside were a couple in the next room who thought it okay to make a noise, laugh and talk till 2:00am. not the owner fault but, unfortunately sound transmitted through the wall. A 15min walk from the Termini Station and walking distance to many of the major sites in Rome.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Inhaber ist super zuvorkommend. Das Bed and Breakfast ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles was man braucht ist da ( Klimaanlage, Fön etc.). Es ist zudem sehr sauber. Jederzeit wieder! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Un bon rapport qualité prix, l'accueil de Mario est très chaleureux. Il parle français et aide volontiers le touriste, fournissant plan et explications sur les bus ou autres détails. Die Lage macht natürlich sehr viel aus, besonders in einer Stadt wie Rom. Von diesem B&B aus konnte man alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichen! Auch waren einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wo man sich Snacks, Wasserund ähnliches kaufen konnte. Im B&B ist alles sehr schlicht, aber gemütlich gehalten und man fühlt sich total wohl in dieser Unterkunft. Das haben wir auch Mario und der "Hausdame" (ich habe leider ihren Namen vergessen) zu verdanken, die uns so herzlich empfangen und versorgt haben. Es gibt eigentlich nichts negatives, nur dass man ab und an die anderen Leute hören konnte (ist halt ne Wohnung und keine Schallisolierten Zimmer). Alles in allem ist der Aufenthalt dort nur zu empfehlen solange man auf den riesen Luxus verzichten kann und will!
