Great location

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is friendly and close to the metro and walking distance to the Vatican. The host was very helpful.

Property was very comfortable for our family of 4. It is located in a quiet part of town, but within walking distance of the Vatican Museum entrance. Property manager was very responsive and extremely accommodating.

Rome VRBO

Our time in Rome was quite enjoyable beginning with the VRBO to sightseeing to eating at local restaurants. Vania was helpful during our check-in time with specific instructions and tips to local restaurants, etc. There was a wonderful bakery 1 block away in addition to a great restaurant maybe 3 blocks away. Vania assisted us with a transport to the train station which was greatly appreciated.

Great stay!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was close to some restaurants and markets and it was a short walk to the Vatican as well. There was a nice kitchen and TVs in each room, although we did not use those amenities. I recommend La Pasticceria Siciliana Roma for breakfast pastries and coffee or for wine and aps later in the day. It is just a few blocks away. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our six nights here.

Appartement fonctionnel avec 2 chambres séparées, deux salles de bains attenantes aux chambres. Il manque cependant des couverts, une cafetière pour plus grande quantité de café, un grille-pain correcte. L'hôte est très reactive aux demandes d'explication.

Eine saubere, schöne Wohnung in einem ganz normalen Wohnviertel in Rom. Die Lage ist gut, wenige Minuten zur Metro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos heller als sie tatsächlich ist, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Gut gelegen und sauber

Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Rom hat so viel zu bieten, dass man nicht zum Rumsitzen kommt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es gab keine richtigen Küchenhandtücher, nur große Zewa-Tücher. Die Couch im „Wohnzimmer“ war nicht sehr bequem zum Sitzen, dient aber wohl auch zum Schlafen (haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und immer sehr schnell. Es ist kein Parkplatz inklusive. Man kann gegen Gebühr von 12-18€ in der Garage parken. Wir hatten Glück einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden (blaue Markierung), der am WE kostenlos ist und dann noch nachgelöst für 9€ (ca. 1 Tag).

Amazing stay

Vania property is very well located near the metro and shops (pharmacy, bakery, grocery stores) which saves a lot of the walking to get near tourist attractions or places to visit. Vania responded right a way at our questions and had recommended amazing restaurants that we had the chance to try in the neighbourhood. It was really nice to eat in places not crowded with toursits and see more local people. The place was very clean and we didn't have an issue with noise.

Family city trip.

Really nice apartment in a quiet residential area. Quick easy access to metro and therefore pretty much the whole of Rome. Vania was very helpful booking a taxi for us. Apartment is nicely refurbished but missed a few small things such as wine glasses and cleaning supplies such as a vacum cleaner would have been handy. In booking I never noticed a city tax was payable on arrival so this was a bit of a surprise. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you Vania.

Modernes, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer typischen Wohnstraße, etwas von der Straße weggelegen. im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster sind mit Gittern versehen, Sicherheit ist daher kein Problem. Sie ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist gut bis sehr gut. Wir haben nur Kleinigkeiten gefunden, die verbesserungswürdig wären (eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen). Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, außerdem gibt es zwei Schlafsofas und zwei Bäder. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet, bei mehr als vier Personen dürfte es eng werden. Lärm von der Straße hält sich in Grenzen; gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns war aber, dass die Mülltonnen inkl. der Glasabfall typischerweise nachts geleert werden. In der Umgebung finden sich Supermärkte, Geschäfte und viele kleine Restaurants. Zu den vatikanischen Museen läuft man ca. 15 min, zum Petersdom ca. 30 min. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Insgesamt würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Vania was very helpful. She allowed for late check in, provided maps and helpful information for the area and even surprised us with treats upon arrival. The location is by the metro a and there are restaurants and a great bakery within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and as presented on the profile. A plus rental.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had great access to many cafes, restaurants, grocery store and train. The apartment was very clean and maintained well. The queen sized bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on besides my own! Some standard items were not stocked and we had to replenish, such as only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap in only 1 bathroom and 4 sheets of paper towel.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Die Vermieterin Vania war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, ihre Bekanntschaft zu machen und sie war jederzeit kontaktierbar. Der Transfer, den sie für uns vom Flughafen organisiert hat, lief tadellos. Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung sehr angenehm und praktisch. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist abgeschirmt vom Verkehr, man fühlt sich dort sicher und gut aufgehoben. Es ist möglich, schöne Spaziergänge direkt von dort aus zu machen oder in wenigen Minuten zur Metro zu gehen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung blitzsauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Vania, für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
