"Our room the bathtub was nasty could not take a shower my granddaughter's blanket on her bed have hardened sticky stuff on it and the water in the little coffee area sink where I was trying to brush my teeth had Brown water coming out of it the breakfast was pathetic you should have had some scrambled egg some kind of turkey sausage and things like that for people who can't eat the other stuff"

"Room key quit working two nights in a row, hot tub was luke warm all weekend - never got hot at all, four pool towels only everyday... Room towels would only give 2 at a time for the four people we had in our room. Turned the air down many times to finally 61 degrees and it was still warm in the room all weekend. Breakfast was either cereal or waffles everyday. Just overall not a great experience, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in."

"There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected. We did not use any of the other amenities (although we did look at the pool and it was pretty small and since there was another group enjoying it we just went back to our room) nor did we eat the free breakfast so we have no opinion on that. If you are looking for a comfortable bed and nothing else, this is a good hotel. We would probably choose another hotel for our next trip to Goshen - just to have a little more space in the room."
