"Ich habe 1Nacht im Mehrbettzimmer verbracht. Die Herbergsfamilie u. das personal sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer/ Sanitärbereiche sind sauber u. wenn man sich überwunden hat die gebrauchte Beiwäsche das Treppenhaus hinunter zu werfen ist alles in bester Ordnung. Die Krönung für mich war das Frühstück das im Zeichen des100Jährigen JUHE bestehen, stand. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte, sagenhaft. "We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Isartor. The hotel is centrally located and easily walkable to transit (less than 5 minutes) and the Marienplatz (about 10 minutes). The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view of the river and consequently also received sun all day long so it was a bit warm, despite having a few windows. However, when we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they arranged to have a portable air conditioner to our room within an hour (without us asking). The room was well kept and spacious (we had a family room with 3 adults staying). They have parking arrangements with the garage next door. If you are renting a vehicle and need parking, our recommendation would be to go with a smaller vehicle as the parking spaces and access are tight. We have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Isartor for your stay in Munich."
