"I stayed here with 7 other people and one of the bedrooms was really only a storage room behind another bedroom with no windows and just a sofa. We didn’t have enough blankets for everyone and most importantly the apartment is on the top floor and therefore absolutely boiling even with all the windows open and fans blowing. For the price, it is simply not worth it. It’s in a nice location but I would never stay there in the summer again."

"Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the shore and a pleasant, short walk to the centre. The parking space at the apartment was convenient, and large enough that it was ok to leave bikes on back of car. The communication with the hosts was prompt, easy, and clear. "Our room was in very good condition, almost as if it had just been refurbished. Air con worked really well, bed very comfortable. Underground car park was huge, very well-lit and easy to access. The bar was a bit odd. Closing time was 10.30 pm, which is OK, but we were told that at 10.30 we would have to vacate the bar area! Didn't have breakfast there as 19 Euro charge per person for continental breakfast is excessive. All of us in our party walked out to a local Café and had an equivalent breakfast for considerably less money. However, if I was in the area again, I would stay there because of the parking and nice room. Definitely eat out though."

"Breakfast is included and compared to included breakfast at other hotels it is oustanding. Lot's of great choices. Our room was on the small side, but it had a very nice shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. There is a bus stop on the street right in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to downtown Konstanz. Bus fares are included with your stay."
