"Fantastic long weekend stay! Clean, cute, and the hot tub was very nice and well maintained. The short walk to the river was beautiful. Location was close to many nice restaurants and attractions. We will be back!"

"Our family loved this home. It has the WOW factor! We had plenty of room to gather, relax and play games. We gathered for meals out on the back deck and the river deck. The steps leading to the river made it easy to enjoy the water. The hot tub was relaxing and the outdoor shower was convenient. The host so kindly provided s’mores that we enjoyed by the fire alongside the river. We saw an osprey, an eagle, turkey and there are deer everywhere. We were not bothered at all by the rain shower that popped up because of all of the covered gathering places available. This home had everything we needed and more. We will most definitely be back."

"We had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for what we needed. Plenty of room. The back yard is fantastic. Perfect for my old knees and the little grands. Flat and easy to get down to the creek. Perfect little beach area down at the creek. Little rapids on either side that the kids enjoyed with their tube's. Like all mountain cabins there are stairs. About 10ish good sturdy stairs to go down to get your luggage into the main floor, of course a set up to the loft and a set down to the creek and hot tub. Even in July the hot tub was nice in the evenings. All of the beds and pillows are really firm which I completely understand but if you're not used to can be a change from your norm. We will definitely stay again!! Host definitely communicates well. This property is down a few one lane paths but was easily managed. We loved the seclusion."

"Very relaxing, clean and a picturesque home right on the river. It was so quiet and beautiful! To see all the deer come on the property in the morning and in the evening was so amazing to see. Great place to spend time with family and friends. The only negative was that there is not much to do in McCaysville proper. Lots of scenic activities within an hours drive."

"Adorable and quaint! We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and the hot tub was perfect. We appreciate location… we went once drive-in theater, the Bigfoot museum, and ate Cuban food at the Rum Cake Lady (so good!!). Plenty of towels, and we were able to cook several meals since the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Our favorite part may have been the evening fireflies! So many!!"

"This a very beautiful and secluded property if that is what you are after for your vacation. There is plenty of space in the cabin with so many things provided by the owners in terms of games, pool and poker tables, badminton and corn hole equipment, etc. this was a bonus as we had (4) teen boys with us. The only downside was not providing propane, so we ended up switching our menu as we didn’t want to lug a tank with us.The hot tub was an added bonus and loved by all. Our only small complaint was that a lot of the mini blinds are broken and do not have the rod to be able to open and close them.Also, the dishwasher should be replaced as the rubber seal on the inside is no longer secure to the inside of the dishwasher and we noticed water leaking out as soon as we started it."

"The property is beautiful. It has a wonderful view and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked and the host was very kind and helpful. We were able to check-in early and were provided with any assistance that we needed. Seeing a family of deer was one of the highlights of our couple's trip"
