"One of the two elevators were broken, the only stairway ended on the outside. A dog was barking next-door to me all night long Ice machine broken. "

"The room was huge, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It even had three sinks, which was great for our girl's trip-- we were able to spread all of our makeup and skincare without getting in eachother's way! The beds were super comfy, the breakfast buffet was big and had so many options, and evening snacks with 2 complimentary drinks was incredible."

"We opted out of having breakfast due to it costing 25 dollars per person. Room was okay, terrible pillows. Staff very nice. "

"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "
