"A very enjoyable property.Located right next to Long Dock in Cherokee, beautiful views, very clean, well-maintained, well-equipped. Modern appliances, comfortable beds, well-lit, with fans and AC.(Only minor draw-back, needs adequate clothesline). Owner nearby, friendly and helpful. Local grocery and gas station nearby. Very friendly, but still private, quiet neighborhood. Over all a very good choice. "

"The owner did not respond to any of my messages. We found out from others nearby that the owner has dementia and is somewhere in the US. The property was run down, the pots and pans are bad and the amenities mentioned on the website are nonexistent. "

"Greatly equipped kitchen. Extremely clean property. Good location, easy 3 min walk to beach and long dock. Cute town off beaten path. Fun to go to Pete’s pub (drive). Good fishing off dock and great beach combing. Was stormy when there so couldn’t use kayaks but they looked great. Air conditioning works great. Condiments in fridge; oil and spices in cupboard. Games, cooler, beach towels provided. Beautiful garden and front porch with bbq. "

"I travel extensively using VRBO. The Reef House was perfect for our group of eight adults! The largest problem was getting the group to leave to see places on the island. Why leave a place that has it all, best secluded beach, pool, hot tub, games and of course, rum punch! Host always answered phone and owner was very accommodating when requesting extra day! 10 out of 10!"

"House has a great layout for a larger group. One of the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever experienced in a rental house. Views from the front porch are amazing - you look right out over the water. A little south of town, but provided some much appreciated solitude and quiet. Host was both responsive and helpful in terms of providing recommendations for the area. One member of our party is already planning a return trip to this property. "

"The website doesn't do this justice. The accomodations are top-notch, and Donna the hostess, is incredibly helpful for guiding you to various activities. Best location in Casuarina Point for adventuring. Some highlights of activities: Having our own boat out the back door. Long walks on a beautiful beach. Superlative flyfishing for bonefish with Marty Sawyer out of Cherokee. Visiting with a local Manatee. Snorkeling, fishing, and lobstering with Walker Wong from Casuarina Point. Thanksgiving lobster dinner delivered to our house at an incredibly reasonable price. Wade-fishing the flat in front of our VRBO for one of the biggest bonefish I've caught. "

"Amazing home. Frank, the host, was incredibly helpful and a great communicator. The house is well appointed and a stones throw from the water. The views are spectacular both from the interior and the beach. Started each morning drinking my coffee and watching sea turtles. Perfect spot for anyone looking to escape for a secluded vacation. About 20 mins outside of town so be prepared to get a rental car, groceries, and make the trek into town if you want to dine out but the location was exactly what we were after for some tranquility. Highly recommend and will be staying here again! Thank you Frank for sharing your amazing home with us. "
