Great Villa Poor Support

Loved the Villa, however on arrival the key contact advised me they were too busy to answer their phone and asked what I wanted, it then turns out the contact wasn’t the person with the key, in fact the key holder was already there (and had been off an hour and a half before but wouldn’t let us in, we had been travelling 12 hours by this time, the key holder who let us in and was responsible for telling us about the Villa didn’t speak English, in fact he couldn’t talk and we had to communicate by playing charades. All in all extremely poor interaction with local agent spoilt a great Villa.
