Apartment 'Residence Soleluna - Loft Sirio' with Mountain View and Private Terrace

Valle d’Aosta is a true little corner of paradise: in Roisan, just 8 km from Aosta, Loft Sirio awaits you. Carefully renovated, it’s designed to offer comfort and authenticity. The area is rich in walking and biking trails that start right behind the house, perfect for every season. Fishing enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Buthier stream and Place Moulin reservoir.

The location is ideal for mountain lovers: the Aosta–Pila cable car is just 20 minutes away, and the ski areas of Crevacol (alpine skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing), Bionaz, and Flassin (cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing) can be reached in 30 minutes.



Completed in September 2022, Loft Sirio blends modern style with rustic mountain details. The apartment features a bright, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a spacious living area.



The two bedrooms can be arranged with double or twin beds. To support energy saving, bookings for two adults include one bedroom. The bathroom has a shower.

Pros: La vista panoramica, struttura di recente costruzione, locali ampi con buone dotazioni, buon collegamento wifi. Cons: Strada privata di accesso, cortile, parcheggio incompleti e trasandati. Assenza di un piccolo montacarichi per portare i bagagli all'ultimo piano. Piccola manutenzione trascurata. Pessima ricezione canali tv, salvo poche eccezioni.
