A renovated old building centrally located. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing available in rooms, no TV, no kettle, no fridge even no air conditioning! This is a problem for summer time. They organized amenities at lobby, free tea and coffee, cold drinking water, fridge and microwave oven for shared use, free ice cream, all ok. But there is no solution for air conditioning. There is a very popular bar, very close to hotel entrance. That means it’s always very noisy at night. A negative point for families.

Great place to stay easy and clean

My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.
