Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. 50 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, rocky beach 30 m. Marina 3 km. Please note: airfield 36 km from the property.
