Gorgeous home in Kanica

  • This interesting vacation house is located in the small village Kanica and is only a few meters from the sea. It consists of three well-equipped apartments on three floors and has only external stairs. The lowest ceiling height on the top floor is about 150 cm. The house has several terraces with a beautiful view of the sea and the bay. You can relax in the pool of the house or also on the nearby concrete beach. However, if you want to leave the heavenly peace of the bay, then drive to the center of Rogoznica, where many culinary delights, cafes and various tourist attractions are offered.

Fantastic house in a quiet area

We stayed here in July 2025 and had an amazing time. The house was nicer than I expected from the photos and description and is in a really quiet and private area. It is 50m from the sea and has it's own area on a quiet rocky beach where you can sunbathe and swim. The property is 3 flats and our group was 8 people, but you could fit 11 without any issues. The pool was fantastic and completely private and there are also a number of balconies and seating areas that get sun all day. All the properties were modern and very well maintained. We cooked in the ground floor flat which had a large covered outside table so we could all eat together. We also ate out at local restaurants that were really nice and very good value (compared to London!).Everyone in Croatia was very friendly. The host was great and the occasional question I had, she answered really quickly by whattsapp. Always very helpful and welcoming.You would need a car to access this property, but it has parking for 3 cars and car hire from Split airport was not expensive.
